Stalham Community Gym is your gym, it is run by members for the members, and offers a unique social, almost family like training environment that you don't get in other gyms. You will meet people of all ages and abilities, from 16 to 70+. Whether they are looking to improve general health, fitness & wellbeing, train for a career, part of an exercise referral or rehabilitation programme you will find them with us. So whatever your exercise goals we offer something for most people!

Fantastic experience: At stalham community gym we have a good selection of gym equipment as well as numerous sessions for people of all ages and walks to join in with and the wealth and knowledge of personal trainers who are on hand to help if required as well as other gym members with experience of equipment too
