Fantastic experience: Great gym with the nicest owners you will come across! Bodytek gym has everything you can need from a gym and on top of that it has 24hr access (with fingerprint recognition entry). The owners have invested in a load of new kit, always looking to improve on what they have and provide the best equipment for their clients. You know you can have a full body workout anytime at Bodytek and know youre getting the best workout. Lynette and Nat are also the most friendly and helpful people you could ever meet. Happy to help advise on whatever you need and respond quickly to email or messaging. You really get that individual client feeling. An all around fantastic gym.

Fantastic experience: Bodytek is an amazing facility, filled to the brim with top of the range equipment. Unlike your standard commercial gym who purchases their equipment by cost, Bodytek have the equipment to hit the spot what ever your personal goals are. The owners are great, and members are all respectful towards each other. It is a great facility, my only regret is I didn’t come here earlier!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, and great people! I love training here for the wide range of equipment, extensive training knowledge and the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Great range of free weights, plate loaded machines, cardio equipment, functional strength and Strongman kit. Nat is always improving the equipment and getting new kit in as and when needed. They’re also very supportive with providing training plans, nutrition advice and meal plans.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous gym. Perfect location, flexibility and range of equipment. Our whole family loves our new found gym and the people running it. They are always willing to help and advise. The highlight of our weekly activity - love it!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, have been a member for coming up to a year now. Really friendly owners who will happily talk you through things, suggest exercises and plans, and generally have top knowledge on all things fitness and strength. Other members are also all friendly and as such it's a really nice atmosphere in there. Also run a bootcamp four times a week which is included in the membership. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. The gym is in a good location with a wide range of equipment. The trainers are excellent, always pushing you to achieve your goals. Highly recommend the bootcamps, they are always different, challenging and fun.

Fantastic experience: The NEW and improved Bodytek gym is great!! Now located at Brook Farm in Ellington the gym is tucked away and offers a very private and professional service to it’s members, plus it’s now 24/7 access. Very friendly atmosphere, I joined the old Bodytek gym whilst going through tough times in my personal life and was anxious (as most newbies are) about getting into fitness, taking the plunge and joining a gym etc. But from the moment I signed up Nat and the team made me feel welcome. Nat has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to bodybuilding and fitness in general and is always happy to discuss your goals. Caleb at the gym offers one-on-one PT sessions and they used to run a bootcamp Sunday mornings which I believe may be starting again soon. Refreshments offered on site, finger scan entry, facial recognition to sign in and the gym houses a great range of equipment so pretty much everything you need to reach your fitness targets. My advice... Don’t think about it, just get down and get signed up!
