Hi Lindsay , thank you for your feedback, we have just taken over this old building 4 months ago and we have already done a large amount of work but still more to do , mens showers are one of them.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Never felt so welcome in a gym like i have here! Classes are great fun i go to spin and body max with steph or craig and they make the whole experience fun. Reception staff friendly too.

Fantastic experience: This gym feels like my second home now! All the staff are fantastic. They are so welcoming and helpful. The gym has a wide variety of classes which means there is something for everyone (no matter your ability). I personally recommend Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Balance, Spin and Metafit!! Colin and Beth are both great instructors. They try and push you but you are able to have a laugh at the same time! Give the gym a try and become part of the family!!
Fantastic experience: Excellent. I have been on the road traveling for months now. It is always a bit of a struggle to find good gyms by the day. This place was clean and it had all the necessary equipment for a great warm-up and weight training session. All for 5 pounds each visit.

Positive experience: The staff are really friendly. There is a real mix of members all different shapes and sizes. I never find its too busy. They have a good compliment of equipment and range of classes. Price is quite competitive.
Negative experience: Too loud and a bit expensive. Was dissapointed by staff attitude. Elitism.
