Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this gym. One of the best in Preston as it has everything you need from sauna to weights and you’re never having to wait around for machines. Friendly, welcoming staff and customers and big shout out to Kieran for all the support since joining!

Fantastic experience: Amazing atmosphere! A proper gym! Great getting to have someone at a desk to actually talk to! Never waiting for machines and has everything you’d need! The sauna and range of health products for sale is an added bonus!

Negative experience: Dark, dismal and cold a place so cramped you can't swing a cat in it.

Fantastic experience: Been to lots of gyms in the past but here at Teamfresh there's a nice atmosphere about the place . Weights are set out well too. Staff are really helpful & help you to get your results. Andrew who owns it is very knowledgeable too which is a big plus .

Fantastic experience: This gym has it all. Friendly and welcoming to start with. The equipment side of the gym has everything you need including a cardio room with plenty of different equipment. The weight equipment covers every aspect of training that you could possibly imagine. Free weights and machines, sauna, physio appointments, boxing classes. If you go to gyms to swing cats this place probably isn’t for you
