Fantastic experience: Incredible Gym and People. muscle building is key for longevity and building a physique you’re proud of, this place, and its huge huge array of equipment and machinery goes beyond that. It’s in the name. MuscleWorks.. the sky is the limit.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Great layout, well-maintained high-quality machines and the staff and members are friendly and helpful. Always a great atmosphere and good hours for people who prefer off-peak times.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, brilliant equipment, and atmosphere. The crowd in there are serious about training. Shame the posing room isn't the best, lighting and mirror placement needs work.

Fantastic experience: I got a week membership first just to see how it was as first time going to a gym like this one after going to one of the gym chains for over a year and this has re lit the spark yes the music is loud but it gets you going and u go there to work out not talk ,the staff are helpful and friendly. happy here so far great gym and the fact it’s over 3 floors brilliant

Fantastic experience: Great gym over 3 floors. Loads of machines and free weights. With the machines, you can hit different angles as there are many types. The leg area is sick! There are so many hack squats, and different types of leg press and hamstrings machines. Great gym for weigh training.

Negative experience: Muscleworks Gym has a lot of potential with its big space and plenty of equipment, making it great for all kinds of workouts. However, the experience could be better. The staff isn’t very attentive—I asked about getting a fan from the posing room and was told to wait five minutes. I ended up waiting 45 minutes, but no one ever came back. The gym is also way too hot most of the time. They have air conditioning, but it’s rarely on, which makes working out pretty uncomfortable. For the price they charge, the equipment is decent, but the facilities are lacking. The lockers don’t even lock properly; you can twist them open even with a padlock on. Parking is another issue, with only about 10 spots available for a gym that can get really crowded. They have the equipment you need, but they need to step up on the service and facilities side. Muscleworks Gym gives the impression that they prioritize profits over ensuring a comfortable and satisfying experience for their members.

Negative experience: The state of the equipment is a joke, the staff are rude and very little parking, don’t waste your time coming here.

Negative experience: Decent enough gym equipment wise but it ends there. Little to no parking, awful playlist, shower/toilet/changing always smells, it is very expensive for what the gym actually offers. But the worst thing about this gym is the owner. Rude and unwelcoming

Negative experience: Trashy, tasteless, soul-less place.

Negative experience: Been a member for a while. The gym music is awful and so loud I can't have a conversation when close to someone. The parking is dreadful there are about 12 spaces and the whole car park is full of pot holes. The gym staff do not welcome or say goodbye when you're leaving. The place to scan your card was broken for ages and it took forever to get fixed. The equipment is very good however it does break from time to time and takes about 3/4 weeks for it to be fixed. The price increase was put in place at the start of 2024 and their instagram stated the reasoning for this is due to the "state of the art aircon" which is off everytime I've been in. I have asked it does work. The owner is rude he ignores you if you say hello, I know he heard me because he looked at me. I'm not posting this with my name.

Fantastic experience: best gym in the area. equipment is unreal, leg floor to die for! aircon supplied which is rare in gyms like this, so defo a huge perk. prices are insanely good, for what you get, you're spoilt! atmosphere is also another great thing about this gym, theres a real sense of community and support which just makes the gym experience so much more! staff are super friendly and helpful, owner is lovely, management are incredible + they listen to their members which is so important, take on feedback + implement it! couldnt recommend this gym more. if you're in the area, you HAVE to try it! you won't want to leave!

Fantastic experience: Great gym if you are keen to just get in and train hard like old school. OCD clean changing rooms and showers. And they do offer food and breakfast just a bit tempting while you are still training and it is only mid session but you want to eat

Positive experience: The machinery at the gym is the best and the style as well. However when it is time for you to end your contract they will make it har for you to do so i had to chase them by the phone over 4 times no one helped me i had to take time off work so I can come to the gym and meet the manager in person to tell her I want to end my contract. To sum up my experience it is easy to join their gym but they will make it hard for you to leave if u want to do so.

Fantastic experience: Hands down one of the best gyms I've ever step foot in. I went there for a photo shoot so didn't do a full workout but I did use alot of the machines to get a pump and the selection is crazy. Really clean, spacious and equipped gym. Definitely would recommend no matter what muscle group you're training, this gym will be able to facilitate it.

Negative experience: What’s up with the staff? Nothing!!! I join on a month pass on 18/08/23 and instantly regretted it. The staff were not exactly rude, but had no interest in me as customer. I have never used the gym and as a new customer one would expect an offer to tour the gym. Nothing. The explanation of the membership, nothing. There were 2 people behind the counter, one just stared at me , but said nothing. It looks like a nice gym you could just do your work out in peace, but the spirit of a gym there is nothing . But I know that service and introduction to the just has irritated me and this will set my mood every I go there. So that will be £70 I will have to go waste. I am sure for the dedicated muscle heads, it’s all about the equipment and kit, but for me I expect a service or at least something disguised as a service. I have written this review however just like the staff, nothing will become of it. If you want at a minimum’s of friendliness from the staff, this is not your gym.

Fantastic experience: A really nice gym. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, a whole floor dedicated to lower body training and another dedicated to cardio was very welcome. Spacious, loads of equipment, banging music. My only small gripe is £10 for a day pass seems steep.

Positive experience: It’s a great gym, but £10 for a day pass is extortionate & silly in my opinion, equipment is great, staff seemed distant & withheld, even when i tried to make conversation, I’d give the gym itself 5 stars & the staff 2-3 stars.

Fantastic experience: Been couple times and I can only wish it was my local gym. The range of kit is amazing. So many great machines and I love the dumbbells. Very friendly atmosphere. Staff great. Honestly if you live round Orpington join. If you don't live near like me try and train there when you can.

Fantastic experience: Simply incredible gym. You wouldnt think it to look at me now, but in the late 80s i trained in Pecs Gym Crayford, which was a renowned legs gym and then Flex in Gravesend and in late 90s Muscle Limits in Enfield, with the likes of CHarles Clairmonte and Jamo Nezzar.Ive been to gyms in Brazil and all over Asia and Europe, NYC. This Gym is simply on another level. Well actually a few levels! When you go upstairs to the legs section its mindblowing how many different pieces of kit there are that you might have never seen or used before. Well worth the drive and £10 for the session. Only issue for me was the music. Play a bit of AC/DC for goodness sake.

Positive experience: When I went here last week I got recommended by my pt to check out this gym and try legs and I see why the legs floor was amazing with lots of equipment I’ve never seen before, but I thought the music wasn’t all there but that doesn’t stop how good the gym was. By the way the sign on the main road has been blocked by a tree. It was also very clean and looks nice with the dark vibe. I would definitely give this gym a second try as it dose have a good chance of making it on a top 19 best gym I’ve been to

Fantastic experience: Really great place, the amount of machines and weights makes you feel like a kid in a sweet shop! Never been in a gym with so much variation of equipment. The staff I've met are friendly and helpful. A bit pricier than other local gyms, but if you are looking for a proper gym with a great selection of equipment, then this blows the others out of the water.

Fantastic experience: Had to try it as I have heard so many good things. Very big gym. Wide range of equipment. All plates are branded. Huge range of dumbbells available. Upper body on ground floor. Legs on first floor and cardio on second floor. Well laid out professional gym and well ran. The staff are very polite and professional. I paid £10 for the day. I live bout 30 minutes away so could not get down there all the time as I would like. Amazing gym. If you are into training this place is well worth the visit. Car park size is limited so best to attend in less busy periods.

Fantastic experience: Took a tube, a train and a bus to get there. Totally worth it. Equipment is great and there's a lot of it. Staff is nice, and you can tell people there train and leave the BS at the door. Seeing so many people serious about lifting makes it a great experience and helps you push yourself.
