Fantastic experience: I have been coming to soulfit for a few years now. They have top equipment and a wide variety of classes. Good service with friendly staff. The gym has a clean and comfortable environment for everyone from beginners to professionals to train at. Highly recommend, I have made friends for life.

Fantastic experience: Soulfit as an amazing gym. I have been a member now for 2 years and it’s totally changed my relationship with exercise. Lowri has created a gym that is inclusive and caters for all abilities. My personal journey with Soulfit started with some one-to-one sessions with Ceri one of the PT’s. Ceri was really patient and started me on the road to enjoying fitness again and gave me much needed gym confidence. From there i started participating in the classes which I now attend religiously. Members are really welcoming and friendly so give it a go

Fantastic experience: The best gym in the area by far! The gym has such a friendly feel to it, everyone knows you by name, everyone is welcomed and the atmosphere is great! The coaching staff push you and the variety of workouts are fantastic. Personal favourites are the S&C, WOD and Pilates classes. The standard of the facilities are very high and always clean! There’s also heaters in the changing rooms for when you need to shower in winter. To make it even better there is a little coffee station with options for protein shakes, pre work out drinks and recovery bar snacks! I would recommend this gym to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: Good lil gym I’ve been to most gyms in Carmarthenshire and soulfit is one of the best and considering it’s only been open a couple of years it’s great value for your money. Give it a couple more years and it will definitely be the best gym going. Plenty of space to workout and not too busy

Lowri was my trainer for a few months before her maternity leave and I can’t thank her enough for her help and support she’s given me :) The gym is great and has everything you need, definitely recommend trying the classes too if you can! It’s so nice to have such a lovely gym on our doorstep with such a welcoming community feel.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a great atmosphere. Probably not the gym for you if you’re just looking for machines and bright white light as it can feel a bit daunting if you prefer the comfort of a treadmill and weight machines. But if you are genuinely looking to get healthier and fitter the staff are really friendly and approachable and the classes are a great way to get to know the place. Definitely a gym to join if you want a good workout with friendly chatty people and a good coffee or shake afterwards. As for the cost for £30 per month for 12 months it is really well priced. The reviews talking about terms and conditions of cancellation etc I have never had a problem with any of the staff here, I don’t think cancellation clauses are any different here than any other gym and the contract was really easy to understand.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs - essentially you get tricked into thinking you can join on a 3 month trial period. this is not the case, I tried to cancel before my 3 month period was over, essentially I ended up having to pay for nearly 5 months. Hugely disappointing attitude from a local gym, was issued with threatening letters warning me i'd go to a credit collection company - and goodness knows what costs that would involve. the sign up process is hugely misleading - once you join you really are trapped and you'd have to give nearly a 2 month notice to leave before the 3 month window is up. I tried to understand quite how I was misled in this fashion - but the management simply dont care ! all they want is the money !! the gym itself is dirty, the vibe is dreadful (think screaming grunting men) - not what what it says on the box - there is no soul here - just greed ! there are much better gyms locally - dont waste your money here - you will regret it.

Fantastic experience: Great facility with really knowledgeable trainers. Free weights, cardio and functional area with an awesome coffee shop as well.

Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if I could simply because they told me the membership was a monthly payment thing and after being with them 2 months I could no longer use the facilities for personal reasons so decided it would be better if I cancelled as wouldn’t be attending but no they have said I signed up to a 12 month contract when I didn’t sign nothing and the woman even said you didn’t sign it because the Wi-Fi was down and couldn’t get it up on the computer ? So how have I signed the contract ? Makes no sense really owners clueless don’t know what she’s talking about and very cheeky and not helpful at all wouldnt want my kids going somewhere like this or any of my friends wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy !

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. The atmosphere is amazing, staff are super friendly and helpful, and they make the best post workout shakes really good value for money with all the classes they offer, and the gym instructors take the time to show you how to preform the correct exercise.

Negative experience: AVOID. Lied to me stating I could just pay for the month and then when I tried to cancel refused to stop in time. Launched new payments half a month prior to the next. I have never written a bad review about a business before but this is deserving. Do not trust what they say.
