Fantastic experience: I've been working out consistently for around 30 years , I'm also a qualified pt and sports coach and I can tell you that 658 Fitness has all of the necessary equipment needed to strengthen the body , develop the muscles and also help improve the cardiovascular and cardio respiratory fitness levels . It has a wide range of free weights, resistance and cardio equipment and it certainly helps get the job done . I've been a member of this gym for several years now and it is a great gym, conveniently situated at the heart of Ainsdale . The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly and I've met some great people there, both staff and other members alike .

Negative experience: Very small. More mirrors than a fun house. Overpriced for what they offer.

Fantastic experience: Best gym ever. I'm a mature lady of 53 years young. I prefer classes. The ladies that attended classes are friendly and inspirational, some are older than me and really go for it. I have been a member for almost 5 months now. Best thing I've ever done. Positive experience: Great gym with wonderful staff and good facilities, all machines work as intended and more than enough room to get whats needed done. Only downside is the opening hours are quite short. It's difficult to fit around a busier schedule, especially when working nights at the weekend.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym in a great location in Ainsdale. Staff are very professional and friendly and the gym has a very wide range of equipment and free weights with designated areas for each. The gym is always immaculately clean. There is also a great variety of classes that run through the week that you can book easily using the online app.
