Negative experience: Bought subbed sessions at the end of May start of June. Used frequently for a while then had to stop in July for a while. When I went back in November I was told they expired after 4 months. 66 mins left and wasn’t told once during sign up or any visits that there was a specific timeframe to use all the mins. Nowhere else in the town has this rule. It’s a disgrace.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic spot, everything you need in one spot... adjoining martial arts gym also... plenty of stock for supplements etc... Couldn't pass it with their competitive membership fee's... 24 hour also... no excuse to miss your training session...
