Negative experience: Machines constantly out of order and take a minimum of 3weeks to repair. Lat pull over in the Cramlington gym has been out of order for over a month now. Cable machines in the past have taken weeks to be repaired. Missing plate locks for squat racks, missing rack hooks for squat racks. One of the gents toilets is constantly out of order. Seems as though Gateshead gym is constantly the priority.

Negative experience: Was a top gym when it first opened but has been in decline ever since. Gym was supposed to go 24 hours at the end of May but to be fair to the owner, the did not state it would be May-24 when they went 24 hours, so enough said ... Probably just a plot to compete with a new gym that opened close to its sister gym in Gateshead, but hey, I train at the Cramlington gym ... Cardio equipment, which seems plentiful, are often in disarray; several treadmills are out of commission. There's a machine sat in the entrance; I asked one of the staff members (mid-2022) if this machine could be re-introduced to the main gym when there were two of the machines sat there collecting dust but my appeal seems to have been ignored as one of the machines has gone missing (probably sold to someone) and the other is still sat there doing nothing but taking up space. Brilliant use of equipment there(!) I would like to thank the owner for increasing the price of membership as it has forced me to "stand down" my subscription. I simply cannot afford to pay more to attend this gym in the current climate. Also, the timing of the decision (Oct-24) to increase membership prices leaves a lot to be desired especially since the email regarding the price increase only talks about rising costs as opposed to how the gym owners will pump money back into the gym to provide better equipment/training session to members.

Positive experience: Good size gym, has every machine you can think of. Gets a bit at busy times as they don't like to put Aircon on. Overall good experience and they are changing to 24/7

Fantastic experience: Love Vision Cramlington so far. Good price, great equipment, helpful staff, good parking. I havent used the classes yet, but seems a decent range of them. Other gym goers here all seem canny enough, nice atmsophere. I like the little protein bar area too, such a good idea, my only constructive criticism would be - could we get some plant based brands/options please? Misfits are great for one! I'd definitely spend more on site if I had options, but currently just get a Monster. Not sure if we are allowed to use the inner square area outside but that might be a nice place to cool off and take your drink out to maybe?

Positive experience: Really good gym equipment… except no air con just open windows also nowhere to stretch except the room where classes are 80% of the day. Like do u really need 200 cardio machines. Meh

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for about 3 years. I started my fitness journey here and hands down, I'm glad I chose VHF. The staff are amazing and the equipment is always in the greatest condition as well as very hygienic as they get cleaned regularly. It's the best gym✊️

Fantastic experience: Beltin place! Equipment is awesome. Plenty of variety. Staff are friendly and give the place a very welcoming vibe. I dont think i'm the only one though who'd say that the music is awful so best bring your headphones hahaha

Positive experience: Great selection of equipment in generally great condition. Loses a half star for the poor app you need to use to log in and another star-and-half for the insanely loud music. Literally the loudest music in a gym I’ve ever experienced. Noise isolating and cancelling headphones do almost nothing.

Positive experience: Well equipped and friendly, loads of space and plenty of parking in the compound.

Fantastic experience: Haven't been since Covid-19. Nice to get back. Love all the wipe stations. Only issue I have is there nowhere to stretch. Love this gym though. Dead relaxed, loads of equipment. I'm not a gym bunny but never feel out of place

Everyone is approachable and I haven’t been hit yet for asking questions. Just keep it up and the new merch ( hoodies ) are great everyone should have two lol . Pleased to call this my gym x

Fantastic experience: This gym is great. It's full of new equipment, each targeting different muscles/ body areas, so you can easily train to reach any goals you may have. All the staff are kind and helpful also, which makes going here an all round enjoyable experience.
