Fantastic experience: I Love PureGym in Dumfries the staff are friendly and always helpful. I enjoy working out here, also the classes are really good. For a small extra fee added on you can have access to Vitamin Water Machine it is really good and cold and fresh. This is my Fave Gym in Dumfries plus when you get your membership depends what one you go for you have access to many other Gyms, check when you sign up for Membership.

Positive experience: There’s lack of equipments specially for Legs and also there’s no Half Sitting Benches (stools) for Biceps or Dumbbell shoulder press there’s not much equipments and the worse thing is that they’re still not even considering to bring some equipments which makes the gym worse day by day people start quitting, I’m the member of the gym since it’s opened in Dumfries very disappointing

Fantastic experience: I'm a member of PureGym Charing Cross but I was down in Dumfries for the week, so I thought I'd check out the PureGym. It's night and day compared to Charing Cross. Everything looks brand new. All the equipment is well maintained and cleaned. There's plenty of space. I was super impressed. I wish the Glasgow gym was this nice. Keep it up, Dumfries!! Oh, but what's the deal with your benches?! They're so low to the ground

Fantastic experience: Good selection of gym equipment. There are plenty of them and a good space. Well maintained. Price £22 OK. Clean. Helpful staff. Open 24hrs & useful wifi and friendly environment. Free car parking available. Also, a variety of class sessions are included in membership if you wish to use them.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant clean gym. Busy but that shows it’s good in my opinion. All the staff are lively and all very cheerful and always ask me how my injury is recovering & what I can / can’t do & adaptations/ suggestions made as and where they can. They have been there since day 1 of my injury offering help advice etc & I honestly can’t thank them enough for showing such interest considering I’d only joined the month before I hurt myself

Fantastic experience: A great find whilst on holiday. Gym is very clean, all the equipment looks brand new & clearly well looked after. Easy to sign up for a short amount of time if required. Staff were on hand to help if we needed anything

Positive experience: Been going to this gym since it opened, was very clean at first, toilets and changing areas could do with more attention now. Cloths for cleaning equipment after use could do with being changed more frequently and more hygiene stations set up. Gym very busy as it’s January but trainers/staff seem to be spending time on their phones rather than on the floor or to their clients paying for personal training. Good selection of equipment and machines.

Fantastic experience: Just been to my first workout here with my mrs we both loved it The gym is so clean and nice all equipment was clean and working properly The staff are lovely we had our introduction with Chris who’s very nice and you can tell me knows his stuff Was offered a personal training off him but wasn’t a hard sell All in all I highly recommend this place to get in shape

Fantastic experience: Literally perfect bar one thing. We need a tricep extension machine as there's not much equipment to hit that muscle group. Otherwise, love it!

Positive experience: New Gym in Dumfries, equipment level is good and a great selection of machines including free weights. Great staff knowledge and support. Changing rooms are clean and not over crowded. Showers are rather on the cold side. Mentioned this to one of the gym managers over a week ago and still no change. Would be great to see the showers adjusted to a warmer setting especially with the cooler weather approaching.

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym, lots of equipment to use and clean and upto date. My only flaw would be the womens having one changing cubicle which leads to squeezing into a small cubicle to change when busy. Was good other than that :)
