Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to PFM for a couple of months now as my PT Brad works there. Good equipment and fairly close to where I live so easy to get to. Really enjoy my PT sessions with Brad, he’s knowledgable about fitness, makes sure my form is correct so I never injure myself, easy to talk to and has great advice. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: PFM is a great place to workout out, they are always finding new ways to develop and improve equipment, the staff there are very friendly and approachable and help with tips and tricks to improve your workout, and my time in the gym has been made better with help from my amazing PT Brad Furlong, I don’t know where I would be without him he has helped grow my confidence in every way possible, he is very approachable, takes time to listen to you when times are tough and always there when needing support, he has made me excited to actually go to the gym and I look forward to each PT session we have. I wouldn’t choose anyone else.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Brad for a while now I wouldn’t use anyone else as a personal trainer he is aproachable and easy to speak to. Brad makes sure your ok on a daily basis not just during your PT session he wants to know what’s going on in your life and listens to any worries you have in and out of the gym and helps you with nutrition I don’t know where I would be without Brad I’m so much more confident in the gym and can now go in on my own. I know love exercise and the gym and this is all down to this lovely person. Thanks Brad

Positive experience: Joined PFM after my PT Brad moved there, nice quiet gym. Mostly friendly staff. Good bit of equipment and has everything you need to get a good workout done! Hoping they offer classes other than boxing soon!

Positive experience: Been here for 3 years, gym is okay, plenty of space and moderate amount of equipment.. staff are friendly always say hello and remember people by names.. I highly recommend Brad (inspired physical fitness) 10/10 PT, I started with him for back physio and then adjusted to strength training and he hasn't failed me on either, very bubbly and happy guy makes working out seem less painful (although it hurts the next day alot! Lol)

Fantastic experience: New to the area, so had no grasp of what’s around (I am fussy with what equipment is offered at gyms). Decided best way to go about it is gym tourism. After trying out a few places I confidently chose PFM. The equipment is more than sufficient but most importantly the atmosphere is friendly and motivating not to mention the bubbly staff that make you feel welcome the moment you step your foot into the gym. Cannot recommend this gym enough!

Fantastic experience: What can I say about Pfm fitness I don't know where to start! Great staff friendly knowledgeable this gym turned my life around and I felt like I had always belonged there when my personal trainer handed me a Pfm t shirt on my 50th when I came for a session. I've been going ten weeks now and the transformation is amazing and the trainer's are the best for miles around. Patrick Sammy Ben and not forgetting my own personal trainer Jake Mendes who has been an absolute inspiration and pushes me to get better and stronger every day his laid back approach and easy to follow instruction makes every session we have together the best work out and really gets the heart pumping. I can't wait to see what we can achieve over the coming year or so because I'm in it for the long haul now. PFM 4 LIFE! Simon

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Bodyworx360 Havant. Having not been in a gym for over 10 years I was really apprehensive going back into a gym environment. The owner and PT's are really friendly, always willing to help tweak a workout and help you reach your goals. Even when the gym has been busier I have been able to find quiet spaces to warm up and cool down stretch. The ladies changing rooms are clean and comfortable and have their own sauna, locker area & hairdryer. Parking is located at the rear and you can access the gym through the back door with out having to walk through the shopping precinct. Pop in and see them if your unsure of how the gym can work for you, everyone is always happy to discuss this with you. There are lots of membership options.

Fantastic experience: Very warm and friendly gym environment! Gym staff are friendly and happy to help with your every need. The members that frequent this gym are also friendly and add to the “fitness family” experience. There’s a great selection of weights and machines. The gym is well divided into appropriate exercise areas, the main weights area and cardio machines are downstairs. Upstairs has a circuit and a spin studio with great equipment and plenty of space to break a sweat in. Changing rooms (complete with showers and saunas), and a smaller exercise area are also upstairs.

From someone who suffers with anxiety it's always a comfortable experience being here. Loads of equipment which cater to everyone who have different abilities/strengths. Highly reccomend!

Fantastic experience: Since reopening on the 25th, I am so impressed with what Heidi and the team have done to make the gym ‘Covid safe’. Everything is extremely clean and the systems have been very carefully thought through. It is clear to see that a lot of time and effort has gone in to ensure the gym can reopen in a safe manner. Love Bodyworx - very helpful staff and great members!

Negative experience: LADIES PLEASE READ I have since left due to feeling uncomfortable around a member of the staff.... The reason for this review is i left the gym in January and have since joined another. Today was the final straw when walking in the parade. I heard this member of staff calling my name, i chose to ignore and walk on with my friend only to be chased through the high Street and despite ignoring his calling, he ran to me, and purposely bumped into me. Aside how it made me feel he hadn't shame in doing it in public. I would strongly recommend any female considering joining to understand that I am not the only woman he has pursued.
