Fantastic experience: AMAZING GYM! Tidy and clean; great equipment and staff, and a good amount of classes. One of the best gyms in Cornwall and would easily do well in a bigger city if it was setup there instead (please don’t do that though, we need RS Fitness in Cornwall).

Fantastic experience: Ideal friendly gym. Workout classes available and also is a cardiac rehab centre to help if you need that service to get yourself back after issues.

Positive experience: Great gym. Just wish the showers worked. Theres two, but one doesnt work at all and the other does but its freezing cold.

Fantastic experience: I come here every holiday fantastic gym, everyone in the gym cracks on with what they are doing so you will never be bothered. The gym has all the equipment for your fitness needs weather it be beginner or intermediate level.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped gym. It has everything you would need and more! I was just passing through on holiday and they have a PAYG option at £5 which is fair. The main woman who greeted me was very friendly. I would definitely return if in the area.

Positive experience: Excellent gym great help after heart problems.

Negative experience: I didn't feel the love in this place. Very intimidating from the get go. As far as the gym goes it's got everything you need but I can't help but feel it caters a lite more towards the body builder that the normal gym goer. I won't be returning.
