Fantastic experience: The Unit is a family run business with first class facilities. It's very welcoming for both members and non members. If your not so keen on getting stuck into the gym or spinning classes, they have a small play area for little ones. You can grab a coffee, a bite to eat and use the iMac's that they have available. This is the most unique gym of it's kind which is full of class and style!
