Fantastic experience: At Bewdley Bootcamp (Pinnacle Gym), Chris and the other trainers seem to be able to support anybody, of any age, ability and fitness level: new mums, serious weight lifters or marathons runners, perimenopousal women and people who have realised that even a fair share of physical work does not protect them from loosing strenght and balance due to ageing. All the coaches, although having their individual style of running classes or PT sessions, put a lot of stress on teaching good form of each exercise to prevent from injuries, and I have realised that having a knowledgabe and motivating instructor by your side is priceless as no YouTube video can provide that level of help. The sessions are well planned and you can pick up as many out of 22 sessions as you manage to fit in your weekly routine. Some of the classes would have two or three trainees and then basically you can get PT session for a fraction of the price. The trainers always give variations of exercises, adapting them to trainees' health problems or personal preferences. Last but not least, the gym has this relaxed and friendly vibe which definitely helps with getting self-motivated to attend sessions. The time will pass anyway - you can choose to be less or more fit in a couple of months and Bewdley Bootamp is without a doubt a noteworthy place if you choose the latter.

Fantastic experience: I joined Bewdley Bootcamp in January 2022 when Chris opened the premises at Long Bank, and I can confidently say that it's the first time I've found a gym where I look forward to going!.. The classes are focused around strength and conditioning, which aside from helping me overcome my fear of weight lifting, has helped me see real progress in both my technique and ability. Chris puts a lot of planning into the classes, and every few weeks he mixes it up with a fun theme to keep things interesting! The gym has a relaxed, friendly, and comfortable atmosphere which is welcoming to all ages and abilities - Highly recommend to anyone looking for a local gym or personal trainer!
Fantastic experience: My mum and I started taking part in the bootcamp classes back in January, 8 months on and we've missed only a handful of sessions. I absolutely love training with Chris. The programming and each class are so well planned anybody at any fitness level can train with each other and exercises are adapted to suit. It's not like most gyms where you sign up and get left to it, because of how the classes are run it's like having a personal trainer for a 5th of the price everytime you train. I have found Chris is genuinely routing for you to reach your goals and so too are the other members, I have made so many new friends. The sessions are way more than your run of the mill bootcamp class, they are a real strength and conditioning programme. I've nearly added 50% to my deadlift 1RM, nearly doubled my squat 1RM, I'm faster and my recovery is quicker. Would highly recommend to anyone either starting out or looking for that extra push.

Fantastic experience: I met Chris over 10 years ago but the gym was over 20 miles from home so it wasn't practical. When I heard he was starting up in his own premises in January I signed up straight away. I had a big operation in October but didn't have to worry as Chris adapts the sessions to suit the individual, quietly encouraging, on hand to offer advice, the classes are always fun (if a little tough sometimes!) and an added bonus is the gym is only 7 mins from my home so I can train and be back in time to start work. I feel so much stronger and fitter and genuinely look forward to the classes 3 mornings a week. 100% recommendation from me!
Fantastic experience: Chris is absolutely brilliant - he really knows his stuff and tailors each training session specifically to the client, adapting to cope with their good days and bad days! I struggle with depression, and started training with Chris to help me get out of a bad patch. He is encouraging without being pushy, changes my programme to cope with my mood and energy levels, and most of all, makes exercising enjoyable. I have been training with Chris for several months now, and have recently signed up for my first half marathon at the age of 55. Before meeting Chris, I would never have even considered it. My advice - whatever your fitness goals- however big or small, give him a call - you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Chris since November and initially wanted to work on strength for my job and general fitness which I definitely achieved and I am still working on now. We're now looking at reducing my weight and my diet etc and I'm definitely noticing the improvements already. I was really nervous about starting training but it's been so great and I look forward to going to my sessions would definitely recommend Chris!

Fantastic experience: Chris at Pinnacle is a marvellous trainer, I've been going to him for 4 years now. I've been delighted with the results he's helped me achieve. The sessions are well planned out, taking into account any injuries to achieve optimum results. His gentle coaching style really helps motivate me in my diet choices too - all round fantastic guy to train with as he lives what he tells you, I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Chris is a very professional personal trainer. I've been training with him for nearly 2 years now and there's no doubt that I am fitter, stronger and lighter. He is a quiet, unassuming guy with a talent for keeping you on track. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in looking after themselves a bit more.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to Chris for a number of years now, and he has helped me to achieve a good level of fitness (for a 60 year old!), whilst keeping my weight in check. The sessions, either in the gym or at home, are always varied and interesting, and his gentle and scientific approach really suit my personality. This is not a biased review, even though Chris is my son - if he wasn't any good I would say so!

Fantastic experience: Chris is a great personal trainer who helps you in every way possible to achieve your fitness goals and feel great! Each training session is different and enables you to learn new skills and strategies along the way. Weekly weigh ins are great as it enables you to see the progress you are making and what still needs work, which Chris will then happily go through with you how you can improve this and turn your weaknesses into strengths. Weekly blogs provide you with extra tips on how you can maintain a good healthy lifestyle, continue to keep on track with training and how to keep a balanced diet whilst juggling with everyday life chores and work. I find the weekly blogs very useful and helpful, as it enables you to deal with bad days and know how you can put things right again with your diet and training. Chris is very friendly, easy to get along with, good at his job and makes training fun which enables you to enjoy training whilst you work out, see results and achieve your fitness goals successfully. I highly recommend Chris as he is very enthusiastic with everything he does and enjoys helping others to achieve their fitness goals and targets in every way possible.
Fantastic experience: Chris Pinner is brilliant at understanding what people really need from their personal training. Most of us are not cut out to be athletes or even want to be super fit. Chris understands that what most of us want is to be fitter, leaner, healthier and whilst this definitely involves work and commitment he makes it fun and entertaining. For this and for his patience as I procrastinated and missed sessions I shall be eternally grateful. I recommend Chris to everyone who wants to take a step forward with their personal fitness.
