Fantastic experience: Great gym and im learning and loving it. It's hard work but enjoyable. No pain no gain as they say

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! I've done crossfit at a few boxes in different countries and have to say, this is one of my all time favorites - everyone is really welcoming and inclusive. And the coaches are great! They are genuinely invested in helping you challenge yourself and get stronger with each session.

Fantastic experience: I'm loving being part of the Crossfit Catford/Blackheath community. The environment is very welcoming for someone that has never done crossfit before and it's not super active in general. Loving the coaches, the vibe and everyone is so nice that I feel truly engaged with it. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Really knowledgeably and patient coaches. I started with no knowledge of CrossFit and they take you through all the movements. I feel like I've made huge progress in just a few months. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great box with excellent coaches!

Negative experience: The location was good for me, the equipment is brand new and top quality, but the gym is small. Fits 8 people tops, You can’t stay longer than 45 mins which does not give you any time to strech/ roll/change, you get this feeling of doing everything in a hurry. You are getting angry looks when you drop the bar, because of the noise. You cannot pick the bar from the floor because of the noise. If you are not happy to serve as a marketing tool on Instagram, you’re treated as a wierdo. If the owner doesn’t like you, you are going to be made feel unwelcome, so that you finally leave. At least I was. Sad experience overall.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Catford has not disappointed! The gym is really well kitted out with top quality equipment and you are welcomed with a smile (and temperature check :-) with every visit. The coaches are knowledgeable & inspire confidence - they've helped me work around a weakness with thorough warm ups, focus on proper form and adaptions to exercises to make sure I get the most out of our sessions.

Fantastic experience: A really friendly, welcoming, positive environment to train, learn and grow. Love that there’s a ladies lifting class and opportunities to improve all aspects of your fitness from gymnastics to mobility, at all levels. Coaches are Outstanding, very patient and make every effort to teach you to move well and safely. In a short space of time my weightlifting technique has improved drastically and I’m starting to reach goals that I’ve had for years that I thought I’d never reach!

Fantastic experience: Never written a review before but wanted to say how great this gym is. I had never used weights before in my life, and was probably the least fit I've ever been, when I started here. I was given a tailored programme of exercises to do to help me increase my mobility so I could lift weights safely and given a huge amount of support by Nic and Viv. After four months with them, I'm starting to see massive improvements in my fitness levels. But more importantly I come evey day because this is such a friendly place, where I'm never judged for not being very good, constantly challenged, and where everyone I'm made to feel welcome.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Catford Crossfit enough. The friendliest box ever, brilliant coaches who have time for EVERYONE. I've never felt less intimidated at a gym! Obsessed!
