Fantastic experience: The best gym around- Best quality cardio equipment, good weights machines, the most welcoming staff- I'm so excited to join back again next week! I left due to trying a cheaper alternative-regretted it instantly, the atmosphere and quality at Vision is better than any gym!

Fantastic experience: Been a member since they first opened as I was looking for a gym with heart and character and that's exactly what I got, the staff are supportive, the location is convenient and the equipment caters for all styles of fitness and workouts, I specifically wanted to support my running and Daniela has been on hand to advise and tailor my training all the way whilst keeping it fun. Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym that may be small but perfectly formed Uber friendly with great staff that are always happy to help you. Class instructors go above and beyond to make sure your classes tick all the boxes you should need. Fabulous PT’s that are all personally packaged for the right clients. Most importantly,everyone’s wellbeing and personal achievements are key at Vision Bishops stortford. ✔️

Negative experience: Tiny gym, saturated in weird blue light, crowded with young adults hogging equipment, with staff that are seldom seen, much less respond to emails. Having had the fortune to have sampled many of the gyms in Bishop's Stortford, I can confidently conclude this was my shortest gym membership to date. Whilst a somewhat trivial matter on the surface, the gyms lit with a cold blue light, blue light frequencies are known to damage eyes, skin, accelerate ageing, interfere with circadian rhythms (in the evening) and much more, the gym left me with a strange feeling, my eyes didn't enjoy the high UV frequencies, it makes the gym cold and clinical. The staff are friendly when you want a membership, you might have less joy if you want to cancel! The times I did attend I couldn't even see the staff, and the gym has just enough room to swing a cat in, it is tiny. If you are not a fan of teenagers boastfully puffing their chests and gathering weights and machines whilst they stand around chatting, you might then find this gym is not ideal for you, because that we a consistent theme. Limited car parking, no staff presence, no space, high prices, strange atmosphere, odd opening times - it isn't a winning formula. Alas, there are cheaper, better gyms in Stortford, my advice is to try those instead.

Fantastic experience: I started going a few weeks ago and the atmosphere is so friendly, and ollie, who coaches me is brilliant, I've done better and improved mpre in a few weeks then i have in months in other gyms. Tony Habberley

Fantastic experience: Relaxed, friendly boutique gym. Always clean, never too busy, great range of equipment whatever your workout style. Such a breath of fresh air vs some of the soulless pile em high corporate gyms, totally recommend it and brilliant value for money.

Fantastic experience: My son and husband visit regularly. It is a gym that gives comfort and confidence. The personal trainers are very personable and help in the way you need them to. Great place thankfully in Stortford.
