Fantastic experience: Great gym with great atmosphere, a welcoming place with lots of equipment that is either replaced or fixed pronto if it malfunctions, can't beat it for the price either. Good if you like boxing or any other aspect of fitness. No egos. Well worth it. Been going for 6 years.

Positive experience: Good budget gym. It has at least one of each machines and free weight stations. It is very clean and well-organised. Where it punches way above its weight is the martial arts/fitness room. It's massive, well equipped with a full-sized boxing ring, plenty of bags, mits and other equipment. It's amazing for a local gym. Usually not too busy and I rarely have to wait for somebody to finish their sets. The fingerprint system is a bit of a pain, but otherwise can't fault the gym. Has a decent on-site parking too.

Fantastic experience: Excellent old and new lifting equipment.

Positive experience: Tonnes of equipment, multiple running, cycling, cross trainer etc.. machines. A fantastic amount of weights machines with a tonne of weights. A boxing ring and absolutely loads of free weights. Only reasons I did 4 star not 5 is because I couldn't find a female shower in the main gym. Only toilets and lockers. (I was told by my friend that the mens had a shower) And there are no instructions or even names of the weights machines, so unless you either ask, or have a personal trainer, there is no way to know what each do. Names of the machines on each of the machines would mean you could do a quick google to find out how to use them. And last point, on some of the machines the weights just had 1,2,3 etc.. on the weights, not the actual weight on each one, so I had no idea what I was lifting.

Positive experience: Not been their much much it appears to have all the gym kit you need. The music is always banging which is great, but need to avoid peak times.

Positive experience: Its a quiet very friendly easy going gym. Has a room for boxing, and other nick knack combo exercise and a room for stairs n treadmill training. The weights r in the main room. I use Sam as my fitness instructor..whose good.
