Pro-Flex Gym is the best-kept secret in South Liverpool for people who are serious about training. Established for 20 years, we are situated on Wood Street, Garston. At Pro-Flex Gym we have friendly, knowledgeable staff with over 50 years’ experience. We offer a wide variety of quality equipment and facilities, in a friendly and relaxed environment. We have a wide range of members, including; professional athletes and boxers, bodybuilders, footballers, beginners and people just looking to keep fit. The age of our members ranges from young children to seniors in their 70s, most of whom have been members for many years.

Sometimes we struggle to have the energy for exercise. At Proflex Gym, we have experienced PTs who come in to accompany and motivate you to help achieve your fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Staff are amazing helpful and a good form of support to help you get in shape the gym in trustworthy and I would recommend if you want a gym to go to that is trustworthy and abke to get advice on your training and given training exercises then this is the gym to go to
