Fantastic experience: Great gym, friendly staff and good equipment

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym about 7 weeks ago, I've been to a fair few gyms in MK and never lasted more than 3 weeks! I can honestly say this is the best gym I have ever been to!!! Very welcoming, gym is not intimidating, I'm never really waiting to get on equipment and plenty of parking. The package I pay a month is total worth it, I feel supported, enjoy the workouts and I love going there! Luke and Ethan are great If you are looking for a gym, this is it!!!

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined this gym and I really enjoy coming here. The personal training sessions are great because the trainers are so friendly and helpful. They guide me to use equipment and machines that I wouldn’t have felt confident with if I was to exercise on my own. Using the Boditrax to educate me about my own body really motivates me to keep coming to the gym. This is the best gym I’ve been to!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a gym that offers more than just a workout, this place is a gem. The atmosphere is electric—everyone is so welcoming and supportive, and the entire team genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. The coaches are incredibly motivating, always pushing you to be your best, while also making sure you're safe and using proper form. One of the best parts is that the classes are never the same; every session is different, so it keeps things exciting and challenging. No chance of getting bored here! It's just an all-around amazing place to be—whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you'll find your place and feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym I have been to!!! (And I have been to many over the years). I stumbled across the gym by accident and I’m so glad I did. All the staff members are so friendly and helpful. The other customers give a great atmosphere and I really love it. The PTs are great. I’m yet to work around them all but Ethan is a powerhouse and is conscious of my injury’s which is great. If you are not sure what gym to join in MK, it should be this one! Trust me, you will not be disappointed :)

Fantastic experience: Best gym as far as I have seen. Group work out sessions are the amazing where we feel more motivated even though you are low. Trainers are very active and supportive. They keep supporting you and make you settled even you are new and they focus more attention on those who are quite new to gym to make them comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Really like this gym, the team are really friendly and welcoming. The equipment is modern. I love that i have a personal program to follow and can keep track of my progress with my myzone belt and the app. And i really enjoy the sunday morning circuits class outside (no matter the weather)

Fantastic experience: This is a very nice and friendly gym. Clean and tidy with great and energetic classes and people. The members are friendly. This gym and their service are just perfect for people to reach their goals. I worked for them for a few days, but we didn't match. We have different priorities. I left my job at The Gym MK because Claire offered a consistent income for a customer focused service. I quickly realised that it means two personal training sessions per hour for minimal wage. On the fourth day I rejected to take part physically in a class due to severe muscle soreness and because I wanted to function well for teaching Pilates on the following days as I host classes in NP. It was not acceptable for the owners and I decided to put my personal and physical wellbeing in 1st place. The gym is the best place for members (5 stars) , but I wouldn't recommend it for employees. This is my personal experience and opinion. Claire and Rob! I am wishing you the best in the future.

Fantastic experience: I am not your regular 'gum' fanatic and initially only joined here as my son wanted to train and needed me there with him. This was a year ago and both of us have changed so much! This gym is friendly, welcoming, non judgemental and fun! Love the classes, no 2 are the same and they are a great way to increase fitness. Myself and my son have seen such a difference in our fitness levels and it is the first time I have ever enjoyed, prioritised and wanted to go to the gym! All the staff are lovely, welcoming, supportive and encouraging. We love the Good Gym!

Fantastic experience: We had legs bums and tums class this evening With Camille she’s a amazing trainer we worked hard and I highly recommend paying this gym a visit you will not be sorry it’s the best thing I’ve done making my health a priority . The staff are DLL very friendly and helpful and they encourage everyone .

Fantastic experience: I can trully say that there is no other gym like it! The staff are amazing, so friendly, approachable, genuine and kind. They provide a holistic approach to fitness focussing not only on the physical but also your well-being too. Been going for over 2 years now and still enthusiastic. No such thing as boredom as there are a variety of classes available and PT sessions so that you can have a tailored session just for you and they make it FUN!!!. I mean I could go on but you trully have to experience it for yourself! I hope you make the right choice ☺️

Fantastic experience: Just moved into the region coming from Canada. It was so easy to reach out to them through their social media platforms to schedule a visit. As soon as I walked into the door, I felt immediately welcomed! I joined immediately! I have some fairly hefty weight loss goals, but the staff gladly welcomed it, immediately stated that i can do it and that they will help me get there. The classes(although they are kicking my butt) are fantastic thus far. I honneatly wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. It will definitely become a second home for me while I am in the UK!

Negative experience: Very rude staff. Not understanding of teenagers with leaning difficulties. It's so expensive for a small area. Better going off to another gym. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Day 1 of 3 day pass and so far feels like my new gym home. I was welcome almost straight away with a nice smile and a warm personality. I was seated and then given the usual forms to fill in but rather than asked to fill them in it and left to do thay it was explained to me what the form was and how it would be used. Although when getting back to fitness it is your own journey I was made to feel like this gym would be fully engaged in providing road maps and help in deciding which way to turn. They really did listen to you and understood goals. The whole team acknowledged me and said hello in a friendly way. TBH I felt like I had walked into Joey Swoll's gym as there is definitely a "Positive Gym Culture" vibe here. I will more than likely joining this gym to start my journey back to fitness. I am ready to climb my mountain and I'm sure this team will help me reach the top. 1 year from now... Fresh start.... FOCUSED... back to the real me feeling stronger and fitter.

Fantastic experience: It's a nice, very local gym. Has most equipment you really need for a decent workout. Not to mention having punch bags, which is a bonus. Staff are also friendly.

Fantastic experience: I did my research of gyms in MK as I knew that I needed more than your standard £20 membership somewhere where there's no guidance or personality. I'm very overweight with poor fitness levels and I was so anxious about walking in on my first day of the 3 day free trial. I was immediately put at ease by Erica and nervously came back on my second day to do a class. A short 30 minute low intensity class....yet I could only manage 15 minutes and felt like a complete failure. I sat on their sofa, feeling emotional and defeated but Erica was amazing. She was encouraging and supportive and another member came along and also joined in to reassure and encourage me. That's when i knew for sure I had found my gym and I signed up there and then for their EPIC membership . I had a 3rd free trial day which was a PT session with Kyle and again he was fantastic. I'm on my 4th day of my first week and have a written exercise plan and 2 included PT sessions in the next few weeks. Fantastic value for money and I know I will achieve my goals here and I'm so happy because I know I've made the right choice. Best gym ever :-)

Fantastic experience: It’s more than just a gym, it’s a group of great people having fun and getting fit. It’s social, everyone feels welcome and the array of classes for every level of fitness is perfect. I have been to two classes today- one weights/ strong class with Hayley, my favourite of the week and one circuits class with my children which is just fantastic. Cannot fault this gym, it was a saviour through lockdown and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you everyone! - Becky Manning

Fantastic experience: Best stuff I have across on the various gyms I have been to, very reassuring regardless of your membership always there to help and I have only been there couple of days. Gym equipment always organised, gym is clean and airy. Best environment to do a great work out if doing your own and alot of classes if you wish to join. Very community like gym 5 *.

Fantastic experience: As a tourist in the UK, I decided to add workouts to my activities. I signed up for just a month. The place is very convenient and user friendly. I felt a bit uncomfortable in the beginning but after joining some classes I felt welcomed and comfortable. As a beginner like myself I recommend you join some classes to boost your energy levels.

Fantastic experience: I joined Energie Fitness about a year ago, as someone who hates going to the gym I have tried so many but never felt truly comfortable going until I found Energie Fitness in Kiln farm. The gyms is well equipped with everything you could need, well maintained and clean but what makes it really special are the staff, from the owners Rob and Claire to the personal trainers they are always friendly, happy and there to support and help with what ever you need, for someone with previous body image issues they are mindful of your goals without being pushy or triggering. I look forward to my PT sessions and really enjoy them. Thank you for creating a safe and happy place for me to go to exercise, it is truly a pleasure to walk though the doors each day!

Fantastic experience: A gym with the biggest heart. You are more than a member here, the staff really care about you. Everyone is so helpful and motivational, and you always hear laughter. The classes are so much fun, not a chore. I do not regret changing gyms at all!

Fantastic experience: I merely popped in to see what my most local gym had looking for rowing machines a year ago. They only had a few but the vibe from the guy on the desk was inspiring. Since they aren't widely used anyway I joined up and over time found myself using everything else. There is plenty of choice for space to stretch, and work every part of the body with weights and machines and some I never used before. Enjoying intoductions 'hellos: on entry and a general chat it feels like an inclusive social group. I don't even do classes but I enjoy the atmosphere and down to earth yet positive vibe. Its a mixture of people, and a motivating space.

Positive experience: Fantastic atmosphere. Great and Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Family atmosphere. Very good classess. This gym hosts many many charity events around fitness. Due to the all glass building plenty of natural light floods in. They have made fantastic use of their outside space and their inside space. There are no egos in this gym. People come here to better themselves in whatever wayvthey are comfortable in. Highly reccomend you join this gym. I have not given it 5 stars because there is no pool and I love swimming.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been part of. The team go above and beyond to give you a fantastic experience. It's the little touches that make a huge difference. Today I went to a class suffering with back pain and afterwards we were encouraged to stay for an extra stretch session and this was tailored to help ease my pain. The time and care that goes into setting you up with your empower programme is completely unmatched too.

Positive experience: Good gym that is being looked after. Staff is very helpful. Showers and toilets are kept very clean. The only wishes I have is if they got rid of that terrible carpet floor and replaced it with wood or rubber at least. Some of the treadmills have been out for months now,hope they get fixed soon

Fantastic experience: This gym has a real positive energy, great facilities and the staff are super friendly/accommodating! Good choice of classes and a lot of focus on group/community work. Unfortunately the space is limited; it can get busy and end up having to wait for equipment.

Fantastic experience: Been at this gym few years now and Rob and Claire have always been welcoming and friendly, they give great advice when needed and always there for support. I suffer with mental health ADHD and Anxiety I can honestly say everything about this gym including the staff help with this and I feel I am never judged or laughed at. There was two staff members before who I felt was not professional at all rather rude but that's why there most probably not there now. Been to 6 gym's in my ten year training and these are the best , don't take allot to say hello as you enter and they do this all the time. Staff now are all amazing. Great people through out. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I visited Energie fitness centre whilst away with work, the gym was very modern with an excellent choice of equipment. It’s a shame I was only here for one day as I’d have definitely been back for another workout! Claire behind the desk was very accommodating even showing me around the gym floor upon arrival!

Fantastic experience: I joined énergie Fitness just under 2 weeks ago and can honestly say this is like no gym I have ever been to before. The team are super friendly and encouraging. Just walking through the door to a “Hey” and a smile really gives me a boost. I was very weary about joining a gym, but after having my induction with Henry I feel completely at ease. If you want a gym where you’re not a just a number, this is the place for you. Very happy with my decision to join.

Negative experience: I didn’t appreciate the passive aggressive phone-call. I hung up because I wasn’t interested in resolution as I wouldn’t ever go back. Being called and haggled about taking my review down. I will not be taking my review down. Aggressive owner, lack of professionalism and I was made to feel uncomfortable within the gym. Wouldn’t recommend.

Negative experience: The owners are the worst type of people you will handle in your life. They say they will cancel your membership, but they won't. They are rude to you at the gym and at their staff in front of people. Really aggressive and unprofessional people there. Don't believe me, just see the owners reviews responses and you'll gett what I mean.

Fantastic experience: I'm taking part in small group PT at Énergie and highly recommend it to anyone, no matter your age, body type or experience. I'm overweight and was a complete newbie to exercise with joint issues plus asthma but in just 10 weeks, I've more than doubled how much weight I can lift, have gained speed, balance, feel much better in general and have lost weight around my waistline. The staff here are the nicest, most knowledgeable people. You can see they really put thought into who they hire. I never thought I would enjoy exercise but thanks to Énergie, I genuinely look forward to each session.

Fantastic experience: A really great gym! It is small but perfect size, it has everything you need. With covid measures you have to prebook your gym session but I think that's a better way of doing it. It means it's never heaving. But what makes it are the staff. I had left for a bit for various reasons, but after 18 months rejoined and they remembered me!

I used to be very weary of going to the gym, however, with the teams guidance and plan put together for me, I began to feel a lot more at ease and actually confident in what I was doing! The community spirit within Milton Keynes énergie is also so lovely to be around. Plenty of machines, with an awesome variety of fun classes and other like minded gym-goers. Negative experience: Worst gym ever. The cancellation process is a nightmare .You need to pay an extra month after you cancel..besides not enough equipment.I just waste my money and time. Unprofessional staff. * responding to your answer. Actually I had to call you many times, because nobody was answering regarding my membership ..for cancelling.I spoke in the end with 3 different people from your staff,explaining again and again that I want to cancel my membership...because it was your interes to take my money and to avoid me.Anyway..for the people who read this.. GO TO A PROPER GYM! I noticed that many people had bad experiences too with energy gym. Instead of repairing that, the staff is still arogant and if u give them a bad review, for them your not a member or is just a fake review.C'mon, u must respect more your people and their opinion, nobody wants to write something bad if they dont have a reason!!!

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share how Energie Fitness Kiln Farm as not only changed my body but my life! I've kept fit most of my life but a few years ago lost all enthusiasm. I tried various different gyms to try and motivate me back but after a few visits found the gym a very lonely place and gave up. From my first visit at EFKF I noticed a massive difference to any other gym I'd tried. I felt truly welcomed and comfortable. Everytime I arrived I'd be greeted by my name. The support and friendliness from staff and members was 2nd to none. Over the months it became somewhere I wanted to visit not just to get fit but socialise, something I had never experienced at a gym before. There are no cliques, no posers just lovely like minded people, some of which have become great friends. I no longer dread going to the gym but look forward to it...getting fit is now just a bonus! I'm not saying it's easy but what's a bit of pain if it means reaching your goal and getting to hang out with your mates BTW since the gym has re opened after lockdown, all measures have been put in place to such a high standard, I feel totally safe to the point Covid doesn't even cross my mind.
