Negative experience: A company I've used and need to sort a problem out .have left there premises. They have failed to give me a forward address and the company are still on there website ....why

Positive experience: Went for a family roast dinner on a Sunday afternoon. Was very nice. You get the food served on chopping boards so it's like a buffet at your table. Only downside is the size of the cup of gravy they give you (picture attached). We had 7 adults & 2 children and I lost count of the amount of times we had to ask for another pot of gravy! They showed football on big screen and was easily accessible for older/disabled as had lifts and nice wide corridors for wheelchair

Fantastic experience: I come to the gym every day but decided to try the Terrace bar for Sunday lunch and Angela was amazing, genuinely have never met a funnier person! Food and everything else was great too

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Sopers House a few times now, I was kindly welcomed by Hayley. Her attitude on the off set was everything and more. She was kind, helpful knowledgeable and didn’t pre judge considering there a lot of weather individual that tend to network there. If anyone wishes to pop down there ask for her as she is very accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Very recently joined Sopers House. Had a few too many positive recommendations to ignore the opportunity to become a member. Scoped it out initially online and called and spoke to Haley to find out more (Very informative and helpful service) and joined in person with assistance provided by Alex (again very informative and took me through how to use the app’s and other services). 10/10 experience to date, thoroughly recommend! All the staff are there have been great!

Fantastic experience: Stunning bar terrace , refined drinks and super customer service especially from bar staff ‘Jordan’. Great crowd and mix of people. Guaranteed to have a great night !

Negative experience: Mixed feelings - we were met by a very rude receptionist who had an awful attitude. Would not describe as high end service.

Fantastic experience: A great place where you can work, train, eat, chill, swim and socialise - staff are fantastic too!

Positive experience: Paying premium price for bad service. An obviously dirty teaspoon to stir my coffee. We had our order completely wrong previously with no apology from waitress. Was given my drink in a bottle with no glass on a separate occasion. These are basic common sense application which spoils the experience of the place .

Fantastic experience: To all the wonderful staff at Sopers Restaurant. We were there on Saturday evening 20st April celebrating oursoninlaws 50th Birthday and it was the most wonderful evening and would like to let you all know that it was just perfect in. every way. All the waitresses and waiters were so kind and respectful and in particular the little waitress who waited on us who was amazing and also Xsaviar who was very kind and caring as they all were. I would love to thank you all The Manager and all the staff at this wonderful Restaurant and would love to come there again very soon . You all looked after us over and beyond expectations . Fantastic experience: Thank you Sopers House for an amazing evening last night. We at Stockwell Lodge Medical centre attended a dinner event and the hospitality was amazing. Our every need was attended to. We had a friendly efficient waitress called Xavia who went above the call of duty to make our visit memorable. Thank you x

Fantastic experience: Sopers house.. Well wear do I start absolutely amazing concept amazing staff .amazing entertainment. And of course amazing fantastic food beautiful decor seating wondering terrace can't wait for summer we will definitely go again the staff so so so friendly polite warm welcoming. We did not want to leave today I could have sat there all day 5 stars not enough 10 out of 10 ...100 percent 10 stars ..thanks guys see you all next week for sure xx

Fantastic experience: Special compliment to the lovely lady working in the juice bar who recommended the right protein shake and agreed to add more protein powder to the drink for me. Very friendly and sold the gym facilities to me. Good Sales lady and made me want to join for the pool and gym facilities. Went for a sports massage and it was well worth the visit. Ended up looking around at the facilities and was impressed. Price was more than I was looking to pay but still considering it. Front Desk staff very helpful with all the information one could ask friendly.

Fantastic experience: I only joined 2 weeks ago but was really nervous as I have a disability and was worried about using the swimming pool for various reasons. I was made to feel so welcome by Hayley and everyone I have met so far and I'm so pleased to have finally plucked up the courage to join. Only swimming at the moment but the pool and changing facilities are spotless and the treadmill in the pool is an added bonus.!!!

Fantastic experience: High end and up market place with excellent facilities, a great place to have an office for work or social meetings and of course a state of the art gym and spa option too should you wish for it!

Fantastic experience: Couldn't be more happier to have an office at Sópers House! Offices are top quality. With furnishing, remote access and always a member of Sópers ready to help you with anything you request or need. Parking spaces can be allocated to your company if you require a regular parking space. There's a Café onsite for breakfast & lunches. Also a Restaurant which both serve good quality food, drinks and beverages. The Restaurant also holds a regular BBQ's on Fridays evenings over the summer nights! Perfect way to start the weekend. Sópers houses has an impressive gym, Spa, Pool and large shared communal work spaces. Deca Motors Limited definitely rates Sópers House 5 Star!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Business building to work from. There's a friendly & welcoming entrance from staff onsite. The Cafè has plenty to choose from & fine dinning if you choose from the restaurant, if you was planning on nice meal or bbq on the terrace within the summer months. It's worth a visit! On site there's a gym and soon to be newly opened pool with spa and beauty saloon on site. Even if you are looking for a new car! There's Deca motors onsite! You couldn't get much better under one roof!

Fantastic experience: Visited the restaurant on a Friday evening. The food looked and tasted fantastic. Loved the extra touch of 2 amuse-bouche and petit fours all handmade by the chef. The head of house was very welcoming and talked us through the menu and the wine list. It’s a lovely relaxed space and will definitely visit again. Looking forward to having a drink on the roof terrace once the weather improves.

Fantastic experience: My first official visit since seeing the ad on Instagram yesterday. If there are 2 things I can take away from here today personally they would be the perfect ambience and one of the greatest cappuccinos I have ever drank anywhere. In my experience the cappuccino is in my top 2 cappuccinos of all time, the other being Bo's in the Philippines. Check the ad out on Instagram as my review would not portray better than these 2 points I carry away today.

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a place. This is a hidden gem. Fantastic office space combined with all the facilities of a high class hotel including a boxing ring in the gym and pool on its way! We ate and drank in their beautiful restaurant and bar which also has an outdoor space perfect for parties. The food from Alex and service from his team was top notch and we highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Sópers House overall is a beautiful place to visit. The Cafe & Restaurant are both always so accommodating with my dietary requirements. The staff are all so friendly & helpful. I visited the new fine dining restaurant for a Sunday roast today & they went above & beyond! Having created me my very own gluten free vegan menu & my sister a gluten free menu. The food was definitely fine dining, tasted delicious & my whole family enjoyed the food. It was definitely the best vegan roast I have personally ever had & will be returning very soon! Highly recommend giving the restaurant a visit!!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! It's like a fancy secret place in Cuffley. Chill vibes and friendly staff. I highly recommend visiting the cafe and restaurant. The cafe offers healthy and delicious breakfasts, while the restaurant offers incredibly tasty and delicious desserts and main dishes.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved it at sopers house The little cafe does the best coffee also the staff so lovely.. I took my friend who has all sorts of dietary requirements to be honest she’s a pain to take out as often she is not accommodated. But these guys were so good, nothing was too much trouble and the Food was delicious so Thank you . We had to park in the little carpark opposite but showing proof of my carpark payment I received my latte free so that was a bonus. After a few visits here and having a tour I’m thinking of becoming a member. The gym is beautiful the classes are appealing lots of variety. The rooftop terrace restaurant and bar, well it’s a little bit of paradise hidden away in cuffley . It’s the kind of place you would expect to find in a swanky London hotel. So stylish and chilled such beautiful interior decor. So glad I found this little gem,all the luxury I need right on my doorstep.

Fantastic experience: Cuffley’s hidden gem. This place is a beautiful backdrop for everything you could want or need. A wholistic approach to wellness including a range of events from social to learning; incredible food & cocktails; an amazing gym (& boxing!) plus a packed schedule of classes incl. reformer Pilates, Yoga or sculpt and spin. It really promotes positivity and community.

Fantastic experience: What a fab fab place…I love it here! Amazing office space, has a really good cafe on the ground floor, a gym, studio classes, hairdressers, beauty/treatment rooms all in a one stunning building. Ive been to a few of the ticketed events too and always really enjoyed. We celebrated a birthday meal in the fine dining restaurant upstairs which was amazing it also has a lovely outside terrace in the summer. It’s so nice having this all so local.

Had an omelette at Sópers Cafe this morning, one of the best nutritious breakfasts I’ve ever had! at such an affordable price, asked a member of the team for a peek in the gym as I was considering a membership, he was extremely attentive and friendly at showing me the gym and facilities that come with it. Now I’m sure I’m getting a membership as I’m blown away, excited to spend many more days at this wonderful establishment

Fantastic experience: A complete surprise

Negative experience: This place was such a disappointment. Not at all as advertised. On social media they claim to have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free menus which is a lie. I arrived and asked for the vegan menu only to be told that they don't have one(!). They have one limited menu with no vegan options at all. You would think that in this day and age, having at least one or two vegan options would be a no brainer, for any new venture but evidently too much trouble for this eatery. The parking outside is a nightmare. You arrive into a narrow industrial estate with no signs for public parking. The inside of the cafe is cold and unwelcoming. No windows makes it very claustrophobic so we left without placing an order. We will definitely NOT be returning. A huge disappointment.

Fantastic experience: What a beautiful business complex, with studio classes, gym, cafe, restaurant, treatment rooms, and gym under one roof! They also have two business meeting rooms that you can rent out hourly or on a day rate, my friend also booked the meeting room for training, as it holds up to 40 guests! Will defiantly be coming back, it’s about time we had somewhere lovely to go locally!!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing brand new gym and building! The facilities are top quality. I’m particularly pleased with the cardio dance fitness class with Michele Giles, world champion in aerobics dancing. Been to a lot of dance fitness classes in the area and hands down her class is one of the best. Great music, full of energy and her technique is always on point. Highly recommend!
