Fantastic experience: I’m into the bodybuilding passion since 2005 and been to very many gyms here in the Uk and abroad and this one in my opinion is the best gym I’ve experienced. The machines they have are genuine bodybuilding machines you won’t find in the chain fancy gyms. Some of them may look similar but when you jump on the peak physic equipment it’s like jumping from Chinese to German products. The amount of machines they have is way more than enough to change them every couple of weeks and not get bored throughout the whole year around. Free weights are from very light to super heavy. Plenty of dumbbells, plates , bars etc. No fancy tv screens destroying your workout focus - just a loud music as it should be. Love this gym and it’s a shame I live too far to be there more often than once a week. BEST BODYBUILDING GYM IN CARDIFF NO DOUBTS !

The gym have produced many champions in the bodybuilding world over the years. The also have personal trainers if required.
