Positive experience: Gets the job done old school style, can be quite chilly in winter times and stuffy in summer but it adds to the atmosphere and all staff are kind.

Fantastic experience: Great experience, staff behind the reception counter were helpful, welcoming and sorted us out quickly. Inside the gym was clean and tidy, loads of cleaning products and the price for a one off session was really good. Can't recommend it more for a gym in Nottingham area.

Fantastic experience: New to the area.. Thought I would visit to have a look around and the gym... chap behind counter was very nice and explained everything to me. Gym prices are amazing. Gym was super clean also. This is what is what I would call a real bodybuilding gym. Can't wait to start offseason here.

Fantastic experience: A nice big clean gym with all the equipment needed and never waiting times for equipmentprotein shakes and pre-workout drinks also available so with the cheap membership id recommend to anybody that likes to lift weights aswell all staff are approachable and seems a friendly gym.
