Fantastic experience: Came in for a drop-in. Nice and welcoming folks. Excellent coaching - got some good insight on RMUs. It is a huge space and very well kitted out.

Negative experience: I live half a mile away and it's so so so loud! Tried to call to make contact no joy. So disrespectful! Why does it need to be THAT loud!

Fantastic experience: Did 3 drop in sessions last month. Programming was varied and effective, class sizes small with plenty of coach interaction (and some relevant scaling for a shoulder injury) I had emailed ahead and got a quick response from head coach. Top marks all round!

Fantastic experience: The most incredible facility with the warmest welcome from it's staff and all its members. Whether you're new to CrossFit or have been doing it for years, you are treated as part of the family. I can't recommend this Box enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Met my Kung-fu instructor here for a catch up session. Seems a great place was greeted by Dafydd an instructor, you could sense his enthusiasm and friendliness meters away. Great range of fitness equipment. Worth checking out the website for class times etc. Crossfit is sure to take your fitness to the next level. Definitely gonna do some sessions here.
