Fantastic experience: I would just like to say to anyone thinking of going to Tone wise and using the Toning tables and/ or chairs....please do. Millie and her team make you feel so welcome. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, Light-hearted and sociable. It makes you forget about all the work you are doing and why. We all have our reasons to join, but whatever your reason... its great. You can work as hard or gentle as you like, at your own pace with that healthy dose of encouragement from Millie and the ladies my other half has joined me now at Tone wise and he's thoroughly enjoying it and not feeling out of place being a Man. It is suitable for all ages and abilities, both male and female. So don't sit on the fence wondering, step through the door and start your new journey....I can guarantee you will get a very warm welcome I love it and miss it when I can't get there. Thank you Millie and the Ladies for a your hard work. You all do an amazing job. I will miss you all when we go off to Spain for the winter term but Tone Wise wil be our first call on our return to the area. I have really notice a huge difference in my health, sta.ina, strength snd even in my eating, it is such healthier. Fantastic experience: I enjoy and always look forward to my sessions at Tonewize. The toning beds and tables offer low impact exercise which keep my joints and muscles supple and toned. Millie and her team are very friendly and supportive and will tailor the exercise to individual needs. The toning suite is attractive and equipment is very varied, clean and well maintained. It’s a lovely atmosphere and the clientele are friendly and sociable. Well recommended, even if you have never tried exercise before.

Fantastic experience: I am coming to ToneWize regularly to help improve my mobility after recent surgeries. It is a wonderful environment with really friendly people. They help and encourage you with their expert knowledge of the equipment and how to use it safely and successfully. I am definitely seeing an improvement in my overall fitness levels. Can't recommend ToneWize highly enough!

Fantastic experience: A massive Pulmonary Embolism had left me gasping for breath all the time, but I also needed exercise to help control my diabetes. Thanks to regular gentle exercise routines on the Tonewize tables and chairs, with friendly staff and fellow exerciers, I can now breathe freely, with good mobility and my diabetes is under control again. Fantastic experience: I started at Tonewize in January 2020 and was made to feel welcome right from the start. Millie is very knowledgeable and paitent, she explains each piece of equipment and how best to use it for you as an individual. She is attentative and suggests how to progress to best achieve your goals. The room is bright, airy and clean with 8 tables and 6 chairs. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really great place to come to exercise. Millie is great and so helpful in making sure the exercises done on each of the Toning tables and chairs is set at the pace to suit my needs and progress each week. It's very friendly and I feel very comfortable exercising here. I had been a little anxious before joining but now wish I had joined sooner. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Going to Tonewize every weekday morning has been part of my life for the last 14 years now. It’s my reason for getting out of bed in the mornings. Millie has worked really hard to create a lovely clean, calm, friendly environment for us. Throughout the pandemic I have always felt really safe there. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, I have met some lovely friends there that I know will be friends for life, and as well as the exercise that keeps us all healthy there’s a lovely social side too. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous place. The making of me - just what I need to kick-start my day. The new owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming - nothing is too much trouble for them. It's a great social scene too - if you want to chat, you can. If you want peace and quiet, you get that too. I cannot recommend Tonewize more highly. 5 stars is not high enough.
