Positive experience: Gym was nice, quiet, early hours are empty so it’s a plus, one problem is that I payed for 3 full days while in vacation there, in the third day they were closed(they were supposed to be open but there was a holiday or something?), nobody to talk to, or get my money back‍♂️

Positive experience: Nice and clean, but towel services sucks, they charge £2 for an old raggedy towel, bunkers!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with all that’s required. It’s never too crowded, the staff are helpful, it’s clean, and has a decent amount of equipment. Great price too!

Fantastic experience: My favorite gym in London ! Small, nice and clean with all the equipment needed. I've been practicing there for a couple of years and always been very happy with everything. I love the classes at lunch time. The staff is always very nice and helpful ! I definitely recommend this gym !

Fantastic experience: A great little gym in a secluded place away from the hustle and bustle of the City. UF Chancery Lane has very friendly and welcoming staff, always a smile when you walk in and happy to help without you feeling they are about to sell you PT lessons!! Although small, it has all the equipment you need over two floors, plus always great music to workout to. I hope to return soon!

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, very reasonably priced, great amount of space and never too busy in the mornings before work. The equipment is also very varied with plenty of cardio machines on the top floor and plenty of weight training options on the bottom floor. Cannot recomend it enough. The staff are also very friendly and helpful at all times.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, clean, and well-equipped gym. Also reasonably priced and none of that rubbish about signing up for a 12 month contract. Sadly, I have had to stop going as working from home now, but I would go there again if in the area.

Fantastic experience: Really great gym. The team are genuinely friendly and always happy to help. There's an excellent range of equipment spread over two floors, so there's always something to work on. It feels spacious even at busy times. Timings and range of classes are also really good.

Fantastic experience: Really nice gym and really cool trainers. Has quite a few nice classes inc. virtual spinning which was really cool, hiit, yoga... and you can have a flexible membership with them (i.e. can cancel pretty much anytime). During Covid they did free online classes for all gym members and before the situation with the coronavirus it was pretty easy to book a class with short notice. All around a pretty awesome gym and team!

Fantastic experience: I was a member for around a year before switching gyms (needed somewhere a bit closer to home). The gym is fantastic - plenty of equipment, good showers and changing rooms and very friendly staff. Several squat racks and bench presses and I rarely had to queue for equipment. The cardio machines in particular are top of the range and brand new - 2 watt bikes and a fleet of running machines that let you run courses all over the world. highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: This gym is perfect fit for a busy schedule. The gym equipment is brand new top of the line and is well maintained. The facilities are clean and there are plenty of classes to choose from. The music is loud enough to keep the energy levels high and the motivation up but not to loud that you cant hear your self think. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new gym in the new year!!

Fantastic experience: This is a top notch gym, always clean and in order and the facilities are really high quality. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. On one occasion i almost fainted from low blood sugar and the staff leapt into action getting me sugary drinks, water and a energy bar which completely sorted me out. Had to leave when i left london, but if i ever return or a branch opens near me, ill be signing up in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: Clean and modern gym with the latest equipment. There is never a line for the equipment and it does not get too crowded. It is a very relaxed environment and the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. My friends and I go to the classes regularly and it is super easy to sign up to them. Great location too, near both Chancery lane tube and Blackfriars station.

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with this gym, it is tidy, has enough space even for the lunch break crowd, well equipped and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Gym goers here are polite and ready to help you when you are lifting heavy weights.

Positive experience: Could do with a sit up machine, assisted smith machine (for shoulders) and a pec dec.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for just over 2 months, having joined because of previous reviews. I completely agree with everything that's previously been said. It is a great little gym, all the equipment and facilities you need, in good condition and clean and tidy. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful, and it adds to a relaxed atmosphere. Probably the most welcoming and unpretentious gym I've ever been a member of. A special shout to Oana, she is a star! Enthusiastic, encouraging and fiendishly inventive in her choice of painful exercises, although they do seem to get results. She almost makes training sessions bearable.

Changing room & shower area always clean. Staff are brilliant always welcoming and happy to have a joke. Taste in music is often wide of the mark.

Fantastic experience: URBANFITNESS Chancery Lane is a really great high spec gym for a bargain price. The gym has a modern fit out, fantastic equipment and brand new changing rooms which are always very clean and tidy. They provide a variety of classes with really fun and engaging teachers. The staff who are always happy to help is what really gives it the X factor. I joined 4 months ago and would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Fantastic experience: Joinred a week ago, have been 6 times so far. I go at lunch times and dont find it busy. Modern equipment, clean feel and friendly stuff. Would suggest an anti slippery system on showers corridor and some shampoo that foams bit better. Been to larger gyms before, this one is smaller size but is enough for my needs. I do weight and HIIT training and serves me right.

Fantastic experience: Best spin classes I've ever been to - I can't overemphasise how the instructors really manage to push you to your limits but keep it fun for everyone. Super friendly staff, with a relatively small team who recognise you and are always welcoming.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, really can't recommend it highly enough! The gym itself is well equipped, the classes are a fun challenge, but the staff really make it. They are always happy to help and it's clear that they really care about their members health and fitness. I joined 3 months ago and can honestly say I'm in the best shape I've been in, thanks to the team at chancery lane urban fitness. They're always encouraging and helping me improve, making it fun and having a laugh while they do it!

Fantastic experience: Not being typical size 8 gym bunny, you can sometimes feel uncomfortable in a city gym Environment *sings allllll byyyy Myyyysellllf* Bridget Jones style! Not here, you get high fives and a warm welcome every time you walk through the door! I’ve felt comfortable here from the first day I arrived! They don’t open weekends, but have another gym in Aldgate which is, and you can also use with your membership. Anyone who is considering, take the plunge and join! It’s always clean and tidy, the price is so reasonable, the fact you aren’t tied into a contract is comforting to know you could leave if you needed to! Access to a shower if you haven’t got one in your office is handy too! All of the staff are amazing, always friendly and willing to help! Thanks team Chancery Lane for making me feel happy to come to the gym and part of the family :)
