In Shape is a 2500ft² facility on the outskirts of the sailing town of Cowes, Isle of Wight. Three separate workout rooms, modern changing facilities inc. showers, and a state of the art sunbed.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with this great little gym. Staff are uber nice and friendly, the gym is relaxed and there is no attitude, there is an enormous amount of equipment, the cost to use it is reasonable and it is absolutely spotless. A real gem in Cowes and it puts the bigger gym chains to shame. Well done Inshape, having been 5 times this week, I intend to set up a monthly membership.
