Positive experience: £12.50 for a day pass what a rip off only wanted to see if I wanted to sign up. Good gym facility though once I showed myself what there was.
Tyler-Jay, whilst we are sorry to hear you don't agree with the cost of a day pass this is cheaper than other facilities offering a similar service or product and as such we feel the price is fair, we do have a team in house that would have been more than happy to show you around, what equipment there was and how to use it however as you were in to train with a long standing member we thought you were covered. Apologies if you were not satisfied with your visit.

Fantastic experience: A really nice gym with a fantastic range of top quality equipment and few things you don’t find in other gyms. The staff were fantastic with me especially the lady on reception who explained everything to me made sure I knew where everything was and then made effort to come and speak to me before I left to get feedback and see what I thought. Overall a brilliant experience. 100% worth the £10 day pass and I would be a member if it was closer to my house.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Richard at RF physiotherapy for some pain in my traps and upper body. Sorted it out immediately and was very easy to deal with! Absolute must for anyone with muscle tightness, pain or imbalances.
We always aim to have the best environment in the gym and Rich is a phenomenal addition to The team and 1st class at keeping everyone in tip top shape for the gym… Thank you for the stars

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner don’t live locally but when we return to Sheffield, we are always extremely impressed with the service, facilities and quality of gym that we experience. We say every time we visit that we wish there was a gym like this in the south with the variety of equipment on offer - especially since the renovation - and of how welcoming how everyone is and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Fantastic experience: S20 Health and fitness is truly a people’s gym and Ryan and all of the staff are really helpful and friendly. The equipment is second to none and by far the best around. It’s even got a added bonus of having Oakwood physiotherapy in house ,which I must say frank is the man and will get you up and about in no time. So if your looking for a fitness centre that has everything S20 is the place to be , I can’t recommend it enough and feel lucky to have this on my doorstep.

Fantastic experience: Just recently joined S20 and have to say what a welcoming club this is. The equipment is top notch and there is something to suit all levels and kinds of fitness needs. The coaches are approachable and willing to give advice and guidance. For me it's the best gym in the area and what I have tried in the past. And it is value for money.

Very professional Just to add to this, I have been attending for a few months now and still love it as if it was my first time. So friendly and Dean and Ryan the owners are always around to welcome you. Such a lovely friendly family atmosphere and everyone is so supportive. Best gym I've ever been to. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I had to cancel my membership back in November 2017 due to a change in travel circumstance. I cancelled with Dean S20 physique and was advised the last payment would be taken Jan 2018. I was charged again in Feb by mistake and Dean advised he ‘forgot’ to inform Harlands. Following this he reassured me that he would contact Harlands several times on my behalf for a refund. For over 2 months I have been emailing both Harlands and Dean to no avail. When I contacted Harlands via telephone they said they had NOT heard from Dean in regards to the need for a refund. I am extremely annoyed that Dean has messed me around for months and lied about his contact with harlands. It’s only £30 but it’s not the point, it’s the Principle. Dean didn’t even have the decency to chase this refund up as it was an error on his part. Terrible customer service there. Poor communication also. I would not recommend this gym.
Fantastic experience: Joined this gym 3 weeks ago after been a member of graves gym for 2 years and i have to say wish id done it sooner. There are some really muscly guys in there and some people like me (fat and old) but everyone fits in, its a great atmosphere, loads of equipment so you wont be stuck for something to go on and then after get a drink or protein shake in the cafe. If your looking for a new gym you wont get better than here. Keep up the good work Ryan and team

Negative experience: At first, found the communication and people there very nice and polite but had to cancel membership due to relocation. I have never had such difficult and lack of communication. Dean at the membership side does not respond to my emails/ calls or messages left and passes the blame. Definitely would not recommend this gym on the experience I've had... Even if it looked good. Shame they spoilt the experience on there communication. I wouldn't return or recommend my friend or my enemy. Very disappointed.
