Fantastic experience: Well, Tom Jones what a 5 weeks it's been. You have worked me hard, provided me with valuable information, which I will now always use. You've helped me to strink a trouser size and 2 sizes in tops. The comments I've received from friends,  family and neighbours has left me feeling fab. You made me a promise, when I started. That was that I would be, the fittest I've ever been and you are so right! The amount of strength and energy I have now is unbelievable.
