Fantastic experience: Best gym in Bude by far

Fantastic experience: Messaged on the Facebook page for 2x weeks passes. Owner was prompt in their reply and arranged it no hassle. Gym itself is easy to find and has it's own car park. Gym is unstaffed but spotlessly clean on each of the 5 times we went. It has ample, well looked after equipment and free weights. If I was local this would 100% be my regular gym. Thanks to the owners again.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, with super friendly owner and gym members. The gym is small but has everything you need (more weight training focused) - gym members are always friendly and the gym has a good atmosphere. Cleanliness is good and kit is always left neatly.

Fantastic experience: Great gym!

Negative experience: I was visiting Bude so paid for a weeks use of the gym. If you're into weights then it's ok but the cardio equipment is sparse, only 1 treadmill, 2 Elliptical machines, 1 bike and a rowing machine. The space is very compact and not very well ventilated. I visited during the week that the door code was due to be changed and was advised to contact the owner on 5th as it changes on that day, which I did and was told the code had not changed. Went to the gym the following day but was unable to get in. As it was so early in the morning I did not want to call the owner to ask for the new code and he does not always reply very quickly on Google chat so unfortunately I missed that days workout. There was also no cleaning cloths available to wipe the equipment down on 1 of my visits. I doubt I'd use the gym again if I returned to Bude.
