Negative experience: If I could give this 0 star I would. Absolutely Crap. Full of young kids after 9pm. Do not waste your money.

Fantastic experience: I love love love Snapfitness with my whole heart. It's 24/7 the Gym is always clean and so are the toilets and showers. In my Blackwood Gym it's way bigger compared to Barry But both are soo nice!! I never tried their classes but I really want to and it's so good as a beginner I always used to feel scared to go to a gym but it's so friendly and amazing!! 1000/10 u recommend! * will update some pictures soon for some reason I can't right now xx*

Negative experience: Really unhappy with the emails I've received with regards to my monthly recurring payment. They got in touch to say my payment failed and threatened me with "Third parties/Debt collection organisations" quite rude in my opinion towards someone to say. I explained that I'm struggling financially with my finances at home with my family and I couldn't attend the gym for the time being as my moped was sold as of the current situation I'm in. My friend has been a member before and got away with not paying the £35 monthly fee after he decided it wasn't for him. Very unhappy and they also said it wouldn't be necessary to have a refund either as it would be pointless as it can take 5 days or more it wouldn't of been pointless to me at all as if your ever in a situation where you need money you should know how hard work it is. I didint explain fully the situation I'm in as you don't have a right to know but I was more then willing to explain before the system took payment. The point I was trying to make to the staff via email is I cannot physically get to the gym due to no vehicle and struggling financially but still took the payment anyway which has put me in a bigger issue now as I'm £31.99 down which could of gone towards a food shop at my local store. However good gym lovely staff can't complain but the system is messed up people's finances can change anytime which is something you have to work with your customers if there's an issue but threatening to get someone else involved ain't the right way to do it. I wanted to return as a member at some point but forget about it now I now have access to a free gym on station anytime without the hassle I've had via emails over the last few days. Just to warn everyone if your financial situation changes snap fitness don't clearly care about it I understand there doing there jobs but my point was I couldn't get there so it was a waste of my money to be honest if I did return as a member obviously they could of increases my subscription just to cover the £31.99, which was owed but never mind

Fantastic experience: Can't say no more than amazing! Staff are super friendly and really encourages you while you work out. Facilities are really nice with the individual changing rooms and shower rooms rather than a open locker room. Being 24.7 it's super convenient and avoids those dredded busy hours

Fantastic experience: Snap fitness Blackwood is a great gym, 24 hour access, great range of cardio machines, resistance machines, cables and free weights. More than enough to keep you busy. Staff are also lovely. Been a member for nearly 4 years now and love it here.

Negative experience: I cancelled my subscription and they charged me £70. I can't believe it and i will forever resent snap fitness

Positive experience: Since moving I've been looking for a gym and this one popped up, so I decided to give it ago and I have to say it was a really nice gym, clean and loads of machines and it's cheap! but I gave it 4 stars because it was quite small and not alot of room to do CrossFit in but I would recommend if you want to do weight lifting!

Positive experience: I've been a member of Pure Gym, The Gym and Simply Gym on my travels. Snap fitness is the same quality and standard, if not a little bit higher with the individual changing rooms and showers. Only thing it let itself down own is the water dispenser, looks as though the tank is in the roof and in the summer the water is luke warm. A water chiller that chills the water as it comes through the pipes would be great. They have similar in most Gyms like this.

Positive experience: Generally since Covid restrictions and the gym reopening, I have been very happy with the cleanliness of the gym, especially the staff wiping down equipment. However, I am extremely disappointed with the minority of people who think not wearing a mask and not wiping down the equipment after themselves is acceptable because its NOT. It would be great if they were a little bit more considerate to others.

Fantastic experience: Is a great gym, love the fact that it's open 24/7 so can work out anytime even Christmas day if you so desired. The covid measures are a necessary pain in the arse, just happy gyms open again so far no problem booking a slot. Equipment all in good order and all good selection of free weights and machines. Staff friendly and informative and most importantly members are all decent.

Fantastic experience: I like the Snap Fitness gyms, this like many others has a good range of equipment and friendly staff. I would deduct .5 (1/2) a star because the timers in the showers are annoyingly short and it often messes with the temperature. A sudden burst of cold is not fun when you are soapy.

Fantastic experience: A great 24/7 gym, always clean and tidy regardless of the time of day. The staff are real friendly, always greet me when they arrive in the mornings. All questions and suggestions are taken seriously, the gyms only been open a short while but from day 1 it's been improving using the suggestions of its members. The implementation of the virtual training room was a great idea for some, I tend to train early mornings so miss out on a lot of manned classes, it's nice to have the option to jump into a one of the hundreds of classes available as and when you want.

Fantastic experience: Been using Snap since it opened and I can highly recommend it, lots of machines so no waiting, vast amount of equipment so your workout can vary as much as you like. Machines are all brand new, weights are superb with loads of variation. Got a question then ask the staff who are friendly and glad to help. Virtual room is just the best idea ever.
