Negative experience: Nice enough gym, adequate for what I required, unfortunately not enough range of equipment for my needs and also extremely busy so hard to get round a good amount of the equipment there. I like the concept, but I got barely any use out of my membership due to a gruelling work schedule as i dont work 9-5. I am now contacting to cancel this and my email has not been acknowledged from the initial email sent 5 days ago, which I find quite unprofessional! Update 17.03 - I am STILL awaiting a clear cut response to my request, the same day I posted this review, I received a short, open ended email from a member of the team, I responded immediately and 2 days later, I'm STILL awaiting for a response!? So far from impressed, removing a star as a result!

Fantastic experience: Great facility. Lovely staff and coaches. Warm friendly atmosphere. Good pricing structure with a number of different packages to suit different needs and circumstances. Definitely worth a try!

Fantastic experience: Wow, what can I say about this fantastic gym in Cuffley. Me and the family absolutely love going there. Tony, Andrew, their team and the PTs are all amazing. They are all super friendly. The gym is well equipped with everything you can imagine and there are untold amount of classes to attend. It's always kept spotless by the excellent cleaners as if it's just opened for the first time. The vibe and atmosphere is brilliant with DJ nights on Monday. The coffee is great tasting and you can sit on the comfy sofas and chill with a protein bar before or after a workout. Well done to Ignite, keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: This is possibly the cleanest gym I've ever used, from the moment you walk in it feels fresh. All of the machines are top of the line and brand new, I was there for 2 hours and saw the cleaner 5 times in different locations. I enjoyed the class I took and my dealings with the staff, whilst minimal were always positive and it didn't feel like helping me was too much trouble for them which it does at other gyms, i will certainly be back. Lockers require a standard padlock, showers have body wash and hair products and there are towels everywhere for member use. Definitely worth the membership price. It is not a huge gym but it has everything you need, a spin studio and class studio, I believe there is a third studio but I can be sure. You can also get a massage there and they do food.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic team at Ignite. They will motivate you to go that ‘little bit further’ without you even realising - it’s subtle and it works. The classes are fun, the gym floor is friendly and everything is exceptionally clean and tidy. The atmosphere is great - friendly and supportive. Love it here!

I am also impressed how clean Ignite is and the hygiene procedures are excellent. I am a middle-aged woman and it took alot of confidence for me to join but I enjoy it so much. Marco's Zumba is insanely brilliant.

Positive experience: Been coming here for nearly a year now. It is a really good gym, has nearly all the equipment needed and that’s why I have missed off one star. To get a perfect score all this gym needs is another set of cables and another flat bench press. At busy times it can be difficult to get hold of these machines as there is only one of each. Other than this good gym!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! Brand new TechnoGym equipment! Brilliant classes like Zumba, Spin, Yoga, Boxercise and many more! The facilities are well kept, always clean and tidy, especially the changing rooms with powerful showers. Hairdryers, straighteners, bodywash/shampoo/conditioner supplied along with towel service, so no need to bring your own! Comfortable for everyone to attend, a mixture of all ages go to this gym. Staff are really friendly and extremely helpful! I would go just for the snacks and drinks at the cafe they have with a cosy seating area! All round GREAT!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic non-chain gym with excellent facilities. Constantly clean and hygienic. Staff unbelievably welcoming and invested in the progress of all members, even if they're not directly PT-ing. Fantastic classes, and most importantly, no ego/intimidation anywhere. I see gym goers from 18 to 80 love it the same.
