Fantastic experience: Really nice gym. Very friendly. Rarely gets super busy. Lana is always there to help out. Olivia’s classes are a good work out. Also very reasonably priced

Never overcrowded, helpful and welcoming staff Good variety of equipment that some needs upgrading but enough on offer to give a good workout for whatever your training. Good mix of classes

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve been too in Banbury. Always very attentive & friendly and excellent equipment. Most importantly, very affordable and easy to get to as its right in the middle of town.

Negative experience: Its always freezing cold and I've been left without a secure locker a few times as not all of them have a key. Do not recommend in Winter. They say you can cancel anytime on the non-contract subscription, but this isn't true as you have to give a notice period. Positives are that its central and always quiet in the evening. This doesn't make up for having to work out in 0C though...

Fantastic experience: Best gym by far in Banbury. Staff and members are kind and considerate. Advice and support is available at all times by staff. Classes are a great way to learn, keep fit, and also have fun! Thanks to Lana and team for making my gym experience so great! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I always struggled going to the gym, paying for it and not going, but since I have joined The Exercise Lounge, it is totally the opposite, doing PT group sessions three times a week, at a very good price and very good professionals that actually care.Every week looking forward to it. If you struggle to go to the gym, I totally recommend joining the exercise launch.

Positive experience: Not going to lie the place was dead when I went to look. Which I like it's not got as much equipment as other gyms. And I guess theres a damp problem as it did smell when I went to look. But the other then that I can't really comment. So I rated this on how I see it on first impressions. So take my review with a pinch of salt. Make your own mind up

Fantastic experience: Been a member since 2021. Very pleased, they are attentive and good value. I pay the max so I can have a personal trainer three times a week as since I hit my late 60s I find my body has a tendency to fall apart - but they have sorted that now

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with the exercise lounge since April, and it’s the friendliest gym I’ve ever trained in. I train with a PT called Lana who’s really helped boost my confidence in weight training and improved my strength, and when I train alone I feel really comfortable to get stuck into the weight section without judgement and the staff are always there for help when needed.

Fantastic experience: I started working out with my PT Lana last year at the exercise lounge. The gym is well equipped but small enough to not feel like chain gym. The whole staff team are welcoming and happy to help. The classes are great and I would recommend trying Zumba, Yoga and Strong nation. I feel comfortable going to the gym and using the weights section as it's not always full of men like some chain gyms can be.

Fantastic experience: Have been using the exercise lounge for almost two months now, signed up for the personal training program and have not been disappointed, each session is different and so you never get board or complacent, and all trainers bring their own unique style to the session, it works out to be amazing value for money and you definitely come away feeling like you have had a intense workout
