Fantastic experience: Following an ACL reconstruction it was time to join a gym to up my recovery game. I joined snap fitness after a really friendly visit for a taster session. The staff have been really helpful and I would definitely recommend the Burntwood gym to anyone.

Negative experience: Pros: Good equipment has everything you could need, can't fault it for that. Cons: Too small and over subscribed. Next to no gym etiquette, machines and barbells are just left loaded with plates or just left lying around on the floor. Feels like a youth club at times with large groups tying up equipment, half of which I don't think are even members. Even with the new door system, they can still bypass it. I've been a member since 2019, and it wasn't always like this. It's gone downhill over the last 12 months or so. I'll be cancelling my membership as soon as I find somewhere else. I've been reading some of the other reviews, and it's like we go to different gyms. If you're fortunate enough to read this before you join, you're welcome.
Hi Lee, Firstly thank you for your feedback it is always appreciated good or bad as we are always looking to improve where possible. We have taken steps to make sure all under 18 members train in groups no larger then three to stop groups congregating on the busy gym floor. We are really proud of how many young members we have and the impact that getting young people in our community training and the positive impacts this has on their physical and mental health. We are also taking measures to make sure that weights are not left on equipment to keep the gym safe and tidy. If you are seeing things in club which you don't think should be happening please feel free to mention them to staff and we will endeavour to get things sorted. Fantastic experience: Paige is the most amazing manager I have ever met in a place in line of work she never fails to say good morning and goodbye she gave us a brand new refurb when we needed most and every person I speak to about the refurb says it’s amazing and that paige is loving caring and kind couldn’t ask for a better gym a place of homely feeling

Negative experience: I joined snap fitness in may 2022 and Conner as my personal trainer which really enjoyed, he was great no issues! August 2022 snap fitness decided to no longer have him working there I then still keep going there and managed to have conversation with Ryan and joined Ryan shortly after Conner leaving! Ryan great and I enjoy every session with him and am getting the results slowly but surely. Moving fast forward to March 2023 snap fitness stop him from doing PT there from May and can no longer train. For what reason? My issue here is in space of 12months almost not quite 12 months yet you as snap fitness have took both of my trainer away from me, trainer that snap fitness employe and recommended! I feel the snap fitness staff themselves are not very professional and certainly not welcoming as when I 1st joined them. I feel snap fitness have hidden agenda against certain staff member and then gang up on working to get them out the way!!! I no longer recommend snap fitness and moving forward a lot people will slowly agree on this and start moving on like I have! I have cancelled my membership and will join different gym as off next month may 2023. It’s real shame for snap fitness they have favoritism going on amongst the staff there and clearly not putting the gym as there 1st point priority!

It’s clean, fresh and the staff are amazing, always on hand to answer any query and also any guidance or tips you need. There are also personal trainers and lots of different classes to choose from. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Snap Fitness for over 3 years now. Couldn’t think of a better gym, staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. Clean gym with good equipment.

Fantastic experience: As a new member very nervous and not using a gym for a long time the staff at snap fitness burntwood are amazing they make you feel comfortable welcome and they encourage you to be the best they have a great selection of classes and they are for all levels of fitness I would recommend coming and having a look around the staff are great and very helpful and it’s clean and fresh .
