Welcome to FIT4LIFE! Established in 2003, FIT4LIFE is a family run business based in Newtown, Mid Wales. Here at FIT4LIFE we pride ourselves on giving our members a personal and friendly training experience designed to help them achieve their fitness goals. We know what works and what doesnt. our feeling is that "one size does not fit all" so our system uses a Personal Training Programme to keep you on track and can be used for anyone, young or old, experienced or not to get the results you want. From running the London Marathon to losing a few pounds before the Summer Holidays... .. or just getting fit for life, we can help.

A qualified instructor is always on duty to offer advice and guidance and to encourage you to work towards your fitness goals in safe and pleasant surroundings.

Overlooking the river Severn, FIT4LIFE members enjoy training in a light and airy environment. Situated on the 2nd floor of Plas yn Dre (the stairs are a warm up in themselves) and close to the centre of town FIT4LIFE is near to the Back Lane car park and bus station.

Exercise classes and dance classes are held in the recently refurbished studio. The studio is available to hire on a regular or one off basis, subject to availability.
