Positive experience: Great gym, all the equipment you could need for bodybuilding or powerlifting. Couple places where could be improved. One thing that must be said, men’s toilets are always in a poor state, toilet seats rarely attached to the bowl, taps often not working. Usually 2/3 water fountains aren’t working or have very limited flow. Staff seem more concerned with talking to members than fixing equipment and or issues with the place. Been going for 2 years and it’s one of the better gyms in Norfolk for definite!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing gym, literally all the equipment you need under one roof and lots of it, and the staff are amazing, unfortunately after only finding it a couple of months ago I have had to give up due to deterioration of my health, had no problems with getting a refund, they were very understanding, if you have to decide between a couple of gym then this is the best by far.

Negative experience: Nice and spacious gym to exercise, but... Trying to take the pictures weekly to see how my body is changing, but the mirrors are so disgusting dirty, all I can see in the picture is just the dirt. Looks like it not been cleaned for years.

Fantastic experience: Visited today with a Day Pass (£8). There is a great atmosphere in the gym and the equipment is fantastic. Plenty of good machines, good mixture of Hammer Strength, Life Fitness and some rarer stuff that I have not seen before. Must be the best gym in the area. The upstairs boxing area also looked excellent and there is a large range of cardio equipment. Free water which is also a plus and the music was decent. Great stuff.

Fantastic experience: I live up north (leeds) and travel down to fakenham for work. This is by far the best gym i have ever been to. Machines are unique, not seen any like then in the UK. staff are also friendly. I stay in kings lynn just so i can go to this gym!!

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Heros while rehabbing from shoulder surgery. It is clean, tidy, and has all the things. (Except for calibrated plates and a belt squat machine. ) Great gym - definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms iv ever been to. Very friendly staff, great equipment, nice hot showers, always good music being played. Literally the only downside is that it's not 24/7 which would benefit shift workers.

Fantastic experience: Was a member during my time in Kings Lynn. It is a great gym with all the equipment you could want (weights, machines, and cardio equipment). There are several racks and platforms for squats and deadlifts. They also have a reverse hyper machine and a hip thrust machine which I have found useful while rehabbing my back. There is an area for sled pulling / pushing. It has been recently expanded with additional room for boxing and callisthenics. The owner is a great guy and the staff are friendly and nearly always greet you on the way in and out. I'd still be training there if I was still in KL. The price at £28 is quite affordable.

Positive experience: Used to be a good place and has off peak time price 15£ per month now no 28£ and no difference. All so no discount for students. For sure 28£ not a big deal for one person but if you bring kids wit you it will cost as per adult. Overall place is good well equipped and Popular with friendly environments.

Positive experience: Yet another gym with terrible shower facilities that I’m sure are not cleaned on a regular basis (bad smells give it away). Parking can also be improved - it’s muddy when raining and dusty when dry. Equipment is great, but more benches and weights are needed (getting hold of them during a busy time is a challenge).

Fantastic experience: Became a member of this gym a couple of months ago and from my own experience so far it’s a fantastic gym packed with some really high quality equipment. The staff are always on hand to assist if needed and always greet you with a friendly smile every morning. Highly recommend this gym for its warm welcome of everyone of all shapes and sizes who just want to achieve their own goals. Fellow members are courteous and friendly also, which makes you feel really relaxed coming here. Five stars all day long!

Fantastic experience: The gym has all the equipment that anyone needs, the staff / people there are so helpful and the whole place looks amazing after the lockdown renovations! I would recommend this gym to anyone! I don't normally leave reviews but this place definitely deserves positive feedback! (Also for anyone worried about Covid 19 - Hero's is super clean and they have enough sprays / wipes for all the equipment)
