Fantastic experience: Kam has been great. I’ve been having a regular PT slot with him to help rehab a persistent knee injury and go to his calisthenics classes. I’ve become significantly stronger over the year and the muscular problems surrounding my knee issue have definitely improved. He’s extremely passionate and loves a challenge.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Primal 2 years now and it's ace. Couldn't do a handstand before I came to this gym. Now, and I am 59 years of age, I can hold a freestanding handstand for 30 seconds. I has also been taught other bodyweight skills. No other local gym can touch Primal and I know because I have tried them all.

Fantastic experience: Ive used many gyms but this place is really welcoming with a great community of members where you feel part of a family, with excellent classes Kam and Hanna the owners are really friendly and helpful along with Callum one the instructors. I would really recommend trying this gym.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant people, brilliant place. Motivational, knowledgable and also family friendly which is massive for me having two young children to work around. I've always hated the gym as I'm pretty clueless with equipment but I don't feel as uncomfortable here as there's someone on hand to help. I've found a new love in pole. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I spend more time here than I do in my own home. I've tried countless classes and I've not found one that I didn't love. There is something for everyone here and the trainers are brilliant! I would recommend this playground disguised as a gym to anyone!
