Fantastic experience: What a fantastic gym. Equipment was amazing especially the staff they couldn't do enough for you. Very clean and tidy

Fantastic experience: It’s a really great place to work, everybody’s really friendly there’s lots of equipment lots of space coffee tea and somewhere to eat your food drinks pre-workout drinks and protein bars. I think it’s just perfect.

Fantastic experience: Will genuinely miss this gym. Friendly staff and great kit. Ben is fantastic and would highly recommend this gym to anybody. Unfortunately, another gym-goer has ruined it for me (also my wife because she likes to train with me) so will be moving to another local gym. I didn’t put weights back as I smashed my phone and walked off in a huff, my bad I never normally do this as it annoys me too (also my wife would divorce me if I did it all the time) so he came over to me and started being very aggressive. I said you’re right to this person but was greeted by aggression and threats of violence, so not the atmosphere I like to train in, a simple ‘mate you haven’t put the weights back you plonker’ would’ve sufficed. There was quite a few ladies on the treadmill also who looked absolutely shocked and how aggressive this person was. Went back to speak to Ben about it and he was very professional, another member of the team was in there in the morning and just decided to watch it happen and do nothing - which is literally the only fault.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, Ben the manager is a very friendly and knowledgeable man makes you feel one of the family as soon as you walk through the door.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Great staff. Nice, polite members. PT's are awesome as well - special shout out to Ben and Olly. Definitely would recommend. Awesome value for money. If near one - Do it....then Dig Deeper. Basically "Everything is Awesome" said in the Lego Movie tune melody....

Positive experience: Great gym but too many idiots sitting on machines on their phones or groups talking on machines rather than training. And now blasting music to the point my lads had to leave. Needs getting on top of A.S.A.P.

Positive experience: Gym Unity Fradley is a good gym with great equipment, an excellent boxing area with friendly and helpful staff - Del James and Gemma.

Positive experience: Overall the gym is nice the staff is nice but it fails to provide the bare minimum which is good quality equipment. Almost every single machine is second hand and there is an imbalance when you use it. Looks wise the gym looks amazing but when you start to use the equipment it feels rundown. So I suggest you have a trial first before coming to a 6 months or 12 months membership. If the owners invest in good quality equipment it would be a decent place. —- Response to owner’s reply Having not visited the gym in over a year, my review reflects past experiences. I’ve updated my rating to 4 stars to acknowledge potential improvements and in hope that the feedback provided will be constructively used for further enhancements. I recommend that management responses to reviews focus on acknowledging the feedback and detailing steps taken towards improvement. This approach not only shows commitment to excellence but also positively influences potential customers’ perceptions. A trial session before committing to a longer membership could be beneficial for new members, giving them firsthand experience of the gym’s offerings. Here’s to ongoing improvements and a bright future for the gym!

Fantastic experience: Best gyms around without doubt. Functional, practical top kit. Really good atmosphere in there too. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Really useful being 24hrs too.
