Fantastic experience: Attended a child friendly Legs bums and tums class with my 8 week old not knowing what to expect- The instructor ( I'm unsure of her name) was extremely helpful- got a play matt out for my little one and generally made me feel comfortable! the class was great- i'm definitely going to ache tomorrow Will definitely be looking to attend other classes.

Fantastic experience: The only gym I feel 100% confident stepping inside! I originally started coming to boogie bounce classes, everybody in the gym and the lovely ladies I meet in the classes make you want to come back again and again! I've tried a few different classes now and they are all so enjoyable, big big Thankyou to Gemma!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this gym for over 6 years now and cannot fault it! the staff are friendly and very professional and the gym also has great facilities. The classes are excellent and you never have to que to get on any equipment. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of joining a gym to give it a go!

Fantastic experience: I loved this gym. It felt just right as I walked through the door. Friendly staff at reception, no fuss and better still no contract to join. I paid on a daily basis as it was a short stay in the area, the monthly fee looked to be great value. Although I was only interested in the cardio and free weight areas and these were what I call proper old school, I could see the gym was very family orientated with children's areas and a variety of classes advertised.

Fantastic experience: Fab gym, if your considering joining a gym but are a little apprehensive this is the gym for you! So family orientated, child friendly classes, a proper gym family. Non-judgmental and the instructors are so supportive and knowledgeable and are always on hand for advice. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely 5 star Gym, we attend many classes loads of fun whilst getting fit, made some new friends. Absolutely highly recommend. My daughter has Down Syndrome and the people whom run all different classes are amazing with her, she so looks forward to each and every class. Keep up the great work guys

Fantastic experience: Been going here a few months now, gym is clean and has plenty of equipment, it gets busy when classes are on but rarely struggle to get on the equipment I want to use, staff are friendly and helpful. Parking available on site and water and lemon squash also available while using the gym

Fantastic experience: An excellent gym offering fantastic classes. The team at the fitness factory are so friendly and genuinely care about your health and fitness. The child friendly classes mean I can exercise and my 5 month old can come along too. Highly recommend.

There are classes to suit everyone at all levels of fitness , if you have never exercised before you are made to feel welcome by staff and other members . It’s a great child friendly gym , with always lots going on . There’s not just classes there lots of social activities and charity events . Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: The Fitness Factory is more than just a gym and fitness centre. From the moment you step through the door, you’ll be met with friendly faces, knowledgeable staff and a feel good vibe. The gym is well equipped and split into three areas to cater for everyone, including children who have their own section just for them. A full range of classes are available for everyone, no matter their age or fitness level, with plenty of variety. Many classes can be enjoyed by the whole family and there are sessions exclusively for children, so adults can have some quality “me” time whilst their little ones are having fun and keeping fit. The whole vibe of The Fitness Factory is about enjoying yourself whilst keeping fit and no-one is ever judged. The staff are always on hand to answer questions, give advice and help create a personal training plan if required. It really is one big fitness family and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Try it out for yourself - there’s no contract or commitment and no hidden charges.

Fantastic experience: The fitness factory create such a friendly and supportive atmosphere and relationship with all their members yet still motivate, push and drive you to be the best you can be in both classes and around the gym. Their ethos is clear and all members inherit it meaning you feel so comfortable doing your own thing, taking things at your own speed, using the correct weights/ level of commitment for you with NO JUDGEMENT, NO UNNECESSARY COMPETITION, and you can complete your gym session or class knowing you will be supported and encourage throughout meaning you leave feeling accomplished and looking forward to returning. I've been training here for about 4 years now, at least 4 times a week and I can assure you that you will never find a more comfortable place to work out and a better group of people, customers and staff to complete classes with. I feel like I have a fitness family and community- something you'd never get from branded and chain gyms. I cannot recommend the fitness factory enough.

Positive experience: I only visited with a view to enrol so can't comment on its proffessionism. Outwardly it needs an update and a smarten up. It's not for me but it is popular and doesn't tie to contracts
