Fantastic experience: A great gym for anyone who has been going gym for a while or is new to the gym. There is lots of great hammer strength kit and all the staff and other members are very welcoming which makes it an enjoyable place to train. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Syn is an excellent gym with crisp lighting, state-of-the-art equipment, and friendly and welcoming staff. The gym offers experienced and knowledgeable personal trainers who always put their clients first. Not forgetting, their group activities, such as ‘syn games’ and weekly runs, are a great way to connect with other gym members. It's the best gym in Leicester!

Fantastic experience: I've tried a number of gyms in Leicester over the years (visiting the UK for work), and this is by far the best - it's genuinely world class. The equipment has been carefully curated by someone who clearly has a passion for fitness (lots of Hammer Strength and Watson gear). Training early mornings the gym was clean & quiet, the staff were friendly, and there was a great mix of both men and women training & zero aggression. Felt like a focused and inclusive space - definitely worth heading along if you live in Leicester. My only suggested improvement would be at least one incline bench better suited for taller users - the short length made it hard to find a position where both my low back & head were supported when pressing.

Fantastic experience: Have been at this gym now for 9 months and can safely say it’s the best one I’ve been to in Leicester. I have trained for about 10 years and the atmosphere is so chill and even at its peak hours it’s not as super busy as other gyms and you can get your workout complete Other points to mention: Toilets are clean and having own cubicles is a nice touch. Water dispenser is prompt and filtered with a motion sensor for the bottle Vending machine with loads of drinks in case you forget your water or you need an energy drink Protein bars for sale at the bar when you need something quick pre or post workout The staff and Sam are super friendly and approachable when you need them. Thoroughly recommend this gym from anyone who’s a beginner at the gym to the more experienced lifters, has everything you need machines wise and they’re all pretty much brand new!

Negative experience: Be careful. If you buy a monthly pass. Pay as you go. You will be charged automatically without knowing next month same date. There is no options to turn off auto pay. Or anything like it. HOW ? Because this gym website store you card details. There will be no subscription but money will still charged by surprise. No standings order even. this is very risky Dodgy systems. I was shocked in first place how come they know my security number. Then I found out this is what’s going one. Please. Be safe with your money . Also. Lots of marketing going on for this gym. Very high rate. Not with it.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have been so far. It lacks some equipment you can find in big brands, but it's compensated with the atmosphere, place not crowded and friendly staff.

Positive experience: Update a year and a half on. It's declined slightly. Facilities aren't as clean as they used to be and it's oversubscribed, which would even be fine if there was enough equipment to accommodate. In the last few weeks there's been a handful of times when I really haven't enjoyed it due to having barely any space to work out. Legs day is becoming an annoyance due to oversubscription and only one squat machine and 1 leg press. Advice. If you want a million members get a bigger place and more equipment. My original review is below. Previous review: Joined this week and so far very impressed. Doesn't get too busy (although not been at peak times yet) Sam is very helpful, hospitable and always approachable. Equipment is good and is better then most places I've worked out at The only thing is I noticed there are only one set of dumbbells for each weight which is one minor downside. The most impressive thing about the gym is the shower facilities. First gym I've been to where you have your own private cubicle with a door. All in all enjoying it so far.

Fantastic experience: I´ve been in the GYM for 3 months and I´m planning to stay! All the gym equipment here is in perfect conditions, the place is always clean and the most remarkable is the staff. Big shout out to SYN Leicester and its people! Last but not least if you need to shower, bathrooms are clean, pretty and very comfortable. I´m really enjoying this GYM!

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at SYN. I travel for work and was in the local area looking for a gym that offers day passes. I have to say I had such an great time at this gym. Not only were the passes reasonably priced. The membership was a steal at £35!

Fantastic experience: From the first day I walked into syn gym it's been fantastic, sam the owner is a humble and respectful bloke will always come over to say hi and have a brief chat , really built a very good rapport with him. The gym is fantastic the showers and bathroom are what you would get in a 5star hotel , equipment is really good with hammerstregth and cybex it's the perfect playground for all types of athletes on the spectrum , sam is always treating his members to free burgers donuts and freebies of supplements, this gym is not just a gym it's a community hub for everyone and there already plans in place to expand and bring in more kit and even hot tubs also the members event party was excellent a pump and a boogie and getting feed Angus burgers the best combination Syn gym will be making a lot of noise in Leicester in the coming months

Fantastic experience: Good gym very friendly and welcoming , sam is a gem of a bloke always open for a discussion and a chat,the gym is very clean with top of the range hammer strength and cybex equipment, shower facilities are extremely clean and top tier , overall I would rate this gym 7.5 out of 10 only thing I hope there add a few more peices of kit in the future to cater to the more advanced bodybuilding competitord but overall the perfect athlete playground

Fantastic experience: Wow… what a gym. The equipment is incredible and so easy to use, the staff are so warm and welcoming and it’s just the best place to work out in Leicester. I’ve tried so many gyms and they aren’t a scratch on this one. There’s a real sense of community here and every single workout is an enjoyable experience. I’ve started personal training with Ugnė and she’s incredible. I’ve seen amazing results in such a short space of time and she knows exactly how to work my body. I would highly recommend.
