Fantastic experience: I've trained in a lot of gyms over the years and for an independent gym this is outstanding, they cater for all levels of fitness and you can either do machines or freeweights or both. The staff are very approachable and friendly. They have also just started its extention program so it will be bigger and better than ever!!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, excellent equipment and all members and staff are accommodating, 24hr access means I can get in before work and not have to fight for equipment.
