F45 Training Teddington

Fantastic experience: I've experienced three F45 locations around the world. This one stands out for the way each rep movement is explained by coaches. I was impressed by the precision of their physical demos at the start and how they followed through by checking in on how I copied it and gently correcting my technique so that I could get the most out of it. I attended for a month and would've stayed if I could. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: F45 has motivated me to get fit - during their fitness challenge I was able to lose 10% of my bodyweight! The staff are friendly, approachable and push me to achieve my goals. I enjoy training as part of a team. The classes fit in with my work schedule, keep me focused and are lots of fun. I would recommend this gym to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to F45 with the hope of re finding my fitness mojo! 3 months later and i am the fittest and healthiest I have ever been. Fantastic experience: Absolutely LOVE training here. The trainers are super motivating and friendly. Makes working out SO FUN! 45 mins of intense training and you leave feeling amazing! Definitely the place to be if you want to start or continue your fitness journey! F45 is amazing for all levels of fitness!
