Boom Cycle & Reformcore - Hammersmith

Fantastic experience: Before my first class, I was terrified to exercise in public, and now I can’t imagine a more comfortable and encouraging environment. Zoe’s goal is to make sure everyone leaves feeling good- whatever that means to you- because as she reminds us “you didn’t pay to be here and not have a good time”. For me, that means coming as I am, dancing my heart out on the bike to a banger playlist, and leaving before I know it, sweating and with a huge grin. Zoe’s words, “Yes you can, yes you are,” stay with me all day after a class, and that really sums up the positive vibes that radiate out the door when she’s finished. Not gatekeeping Zoe is definitely my good deed of the day- I couldn’t recommend her enough ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I have only ever taken the reformer classes so this review is only for Reformcore. I booked an intro package when the new studio opened in hammersmith. The classes are great and the studio is clean and modern. All of the staff are super friendly. I am so happy to have this studio in the neighborhood and highly recommend the reformer classes!!

Fantastic experience: I attended my first spin class with Kayla as the instructor. I had an absolute BALL!!! It was not only challenging and we pushed ourselves, SO MUCH FUN was had!! She was amazing and so motivating to learn from she made it clear what we were doing next and how the class would look. She was ON BEAT, so professional so fun and I would absolutely go again and again. Recommended this to my friends as I know they would love it!! Can’t wait for next time. Supportive environment and staff are so friendly. Very clean and beautiful studio!!

Positive experience: Stacey was great! The changing rooms are ok but would benefit from more lockers and plastic bags for dirty kit.

Positive experience: I went to a Charli v Chappell spin class and it was amazing. A point for recommendation tho - I went with my sister and her bf, we were all first timers and we were told to come 20 mins before our class for an induction? When we got there they just said go upstairs 5 mins before the class to set up. We didn't really get any help and it felt really rushed for 20+ people to set up their bikes etc, I put my hand up for help a few times but the instructor was busy so I had to ask the girl next to me how to clip in my shoes. My sister and I also missed a lot of the stretching at the end because we didn't know how to clip out either LOL. I expected to have been shown this in the induction since beginners may not be familiar with this contraption!

Fantastic experience: Really amazing class! Absolutely love the instructors and their commitment to ensuring riders have a mindful and relaxing space. Especially love that it’s a phone free environment and that use in class is not tolerated. I’ve been to some studios and it can be really off putting to see riders texting and taking videos. Love the commitment to protecting the space!

Negative experience: The worst attitude I have ever experienced in any studio ever. We were 2 minutes late and were refused entry even though we explained we were first timers and didn’t know. It is very uncommon to be refused entry to a class you have paid even if it means being a few mins late. Avoid! So many other studios out there that actually appreciate your money.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the BEST spin studio. Have been coming to Boom Cycle Hammersmith for nearly one year and I am obsessed. Callum’s classes are my fave! He brings it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. from the music choices to his energy. It’s a vibe. Highly recommend! You will definitely not be disappointed

Fantastic experience: My favourite studio with my favourite instructor LJ. Been to Psycle, SoulCycle and a few others but Boom Cycle Hammersmith remains consistently the best of all. It’s smaller and less mass market, super clean, and the bikes are better than in other studios. Teachers are great and very engaged.

Fantastic experience: Had my first-ever spin class with Stacey this morning and it was fantastic! She gives off so much positive energy to the class and makes you feel so encouraged even as an absolute beginner. The staff are also very welcoming and happy to help with your questions. Will be back again soon! Highly recommended! :-)

Fantastic experience: Unbelievable classes, highly recommended. Thought I'd hate it but it was incredible. The instructors and front of house staff are all delightful. And the shakes are just divine!

Fantastic experience: We just love Boom Cycle Hammersmith. My daughter (24 years my junior) and I have been going there now for nearly 6 months, having given up our dull, somewhat more sedate gym memberships. We buy class passes and share credits, going to classes a couple of times a week and we love it – the best cardio workout with the most fun. And more than that, there is also a strong sense of community: it really is a welcoming and inclusive place, the staff make an effort to get to know your name and from the front of house team to the instructors, you just get the feeling that everyone is welcome whatever spin experience/ability, shape, size or age! Fantastic experience: I have never been into spin, until attending a class that Stacey led. Sunday service is particularly good. Great studio with lots of fun classes.

Negative experience: I love the cycle classes, but unfortunately I give 1 stars as I pre paid for a package and used one credit, the next day when I went to book for another class online, for some reason I could not access my account. I phoned so many times and emailed everyday for a week and got no response, a week and a half later someone finally responded to my email saying that my package is expiring soon and I can book classes via email, I emailed back with the class I wanted to book and haven’t heard back from any one, so I wasted money on a package I am unable to use and cant even book classes or even reach customer service

Fantastic experience: BoomCycle Hammersmith is simply amazing! The team's positive energy is infectious - I cannot help but smile from the moment I walk into the building. I would like to call out Stacey T's classes in particular - they are MAGIC. I am not just talking about her spectacular playlists - her USP is finding crazy mash ups that somehow work - although they are truly awesome. What sets Stacey's classes apart is her ability to get the best out of every rider. She is determined to do everything she can to ensure that everyone is able to squeeze maximum joy from their time with her, and she never fails to achieve her goal. We work hard, we sing, we holler and we sweat. BLISS.

Fantastic experience: The staff were incredibly friendly, never without a smile. The instructor (I believe it was Haydn) was amazing - so full of life and energy. He made me feel like a queen by the end of it! Even the people are nice; the girl next to me went out of her way to help me work out how to get my shoes off the peddles. Afterwards I had a really nice, long, hot shower in a changing room that was not too overcrowded. I forgot a few essentials such as cotton wool buds and a Tangle teaser but every time I turned around I found them, provided by Boom Cycle. Even the toiletries were good quality. I can’t recommend it enough. Thanks to everyone there for giving me such an amazing start to my day! Will certainly be back.

Fantastic experience: Went yesterday to my first Boom Cycle class in Hammersmith. It was awesome from the moment I walked through the door. Great welcome, amazing engaging instructor (Melody), and superb bikes. Nothing was too much! Would thoroughly recommend. Closest thing to SoulCycle in the UK!
