Fantastic experience: It might be a small place but the equipment here for leg/glute/arm day is amazing. I get day passes just to use the hip thrust machine or the hack squat machine !

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training here for coming up to a year now, I originally used to train at large commercial gyms, and I can honestly say I’d never go back to one. You can tell this is a family run business, Dave and Sharon are brilliant, as well as the other staff there too. If you don’t know where to start, or you have questions about training, everyone in the gym is friendly. The equipment is high quality, and has a proper old school feel to it. I don’t have any complaints, I’d recommend this gym to everyone

Positive experience: This Gym has always been a well kept Gym more so since Covid... It also has a good layout & ferctilitys... As with any Gym though if it's busy it's busy but over all you can get to train you just may have to change what you had in mind on busy times... There is a well balanced amount of Male & Female attendance there's never to often 1 more than other...

Negative experience: Good gym, but if your after a gym where people don't put there weights back and loud rap music is your thing this is the place for you !!
