Fantastic experience: Great gym. Punches well above it's weight for amount of equipment. Love the sauna too and it's never too busy out of peak times. Friendly staff. Has some great massage devices for working out pesky knots. Nice selection of smoothies and energy drinks etc. Locally/family owned. Good value for money at time of writing walk up fee is £7.

Negative experience: I had my first PT session with a lady, wont say the name….unfortunately because she was coughing all the time and seemed unwell it put me off a little. The day after I am now very ill with what she had and now some of my family are suffering too. This is totally unprofessional and no consideration for her paying customers! I suggest you stay at home if your ill and don’t pass it on to other people!!

Negative experience: Some of the staff who are working there are brilliant they are willing to help and meet your needs unfortunately not everyone has this attitude. Then few days later owner calling me one phone asking to delete the comment and blaming me not understand English enough, dear owner you should delete that person from working for you.

Fantastic experience: The most incredible independant gym , run by a fantastic caring staff. I am in my mid 60's and was put off gyms buy muscled hulks and gym bunnies with condescending staff. NOT HERE I was welcomed as if into a family. Unfortunately , after a flying start I have been crippled by lugging 300 paving slabs followed by a massive dose of hayfever leaving me more like 90 than 65! No fault of the gym though! I will be back I promise ...I love it . Best Gym ever!!

Fantastic experience: Transformation really helped me focus and fuel my body properly. Really keen to keep it going. BFit provided lots of interesting information about nutrition and great workout programmes to give fantastic results. Amy has also tweaked my programme now the month is up so I can carry on and achieve my goals healthily. I’ve never eaten so much!!! This is my kind of diet.

Fantastic experience: First class in every sense; from their equipment, facilities and most especially the fantastic people who work and run the gym. They go out of their way to help you. From advice on how to use the right equipment for your fitness level to keeping a watching brief on you. I am recovering from a knee operation and went to them for a rehabilitation course which was bespoke to my needs and coached personally by Tracey Chuck. Highly recommend you try this gym for any of your fitness needs.

Fantastic experience: This place has made me fall in love with exercise again!! I’m more of a ‘class’ than ‘gym’ person but the gym is good because both my sons use it. The range of classes is brilliant. The options for payment are the most flexible I’ve ever seen in a gym making it no excuse not to go. But without doubt the best thing about this place is the staff!! They’re friendly and understanding and so encouraging to help you whatever your goals are. So grateful that we have this in our community.

Fantastic experience: Relaxed and friendly gym with lots of space and a nice range of equipment - including some I haven't seen anywhere else. Recently tried out a boogie bounce class led by Kelly, which was really fun and a great workout. Sadly I don't live nearby but I'll definitely be back again whenever visiting :)

Fantastic experience: This is by far one of the best gyms out there, if not the best. The staff are kind and professional and will go the extra mile for you to achieve your goal. The equipment is only the best. I highly recommend BFit.
