Fantastic experience: Very well equipped gym , caters for everyone , 24 hr for fob holders , excellent staff available for personal training or giving good advice on training plans

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym regularly for a year now. For serious gym buffs this is the place to go in terms of equipment and personnel with expertise. For me this gym has been invaluable for helping recover from a back injury. All the facilities you would ever need available 24/7. Everyone is made welcome here.

Positive experience: Really good only wish they had some safety rails for bench press, but still good machines and helpful staff

Fantastic experience: Such a relaxing environment for a busy 24hr gym. Everyone respects each other and management is more than happy to help with any advice or enquiries you might have. We, ladies, ladies have our own section of the gym which is strictly a no men's side, so there is no need for anxiety while working out, which I found so relaxing, although we are free to use both the male and female sections if we wish to. Highly recommended. NO PAIN NO GAIN.

Negative experience: Absolute crooks one geniune mistake with a direct debit and extra charges and snotty emails/letters can’t wait to pay in full for the rest of the year and be done I’ll never recommend this gym to anyone

Fantastic experience: Used the gym this week why working away and staying in whitehaven. Top quality gym oldschool weights and machines with all the pictures and trophys in the gym its hard not to get motivated. 10/10 highly recommend.
