Fantastic experience: A home away from home. Finding a good gym is hard work, finding a comfortable gym that you can feel at home in, inclined and motivated to regularly visit and where there is no judgement is even harder. The Ultimate Gym in Hucknall is great, through and through and has been a staple in my life, daily, for two years now. Super clean and neat, with modern and maintained equipment and facilities. New equipment is regularly introduced. They've got mint dumbells that range from 5 to 100 and the gym is spread across two floors. It's a friendly vibe, people of all ages and abilities, male, female, just doing their thing. People help eachother out, offer advice and there's space to be out the way and crack on by yourself, whatever you prefer. I don't tend to have a routine time, but regularly visit at 8am, 11am, 1pm, and 8pm and enjoy any time of day. The variety of quiet and busyness that each time brings - there's always a nice energy about the place, whether quiet or busier times of day. Ultimate often plays a great selection of tunes and radio, ranging from 90s, floor fillers, anthems, trance, deep house, tech house, Drum and bass, KissFm etc.The team at Ultimate are all fab! Welcoming, supportive and always with good craic (especially Reece). Plenty of parking spots outside. I love this gym and it's been a game changer for me for the last two years. They are also super responsive at getting back to you online if you ahve queries about joining, or anything for that matter. I would 110% recommend for anyone looking for that gym that they're going to feel they want to keep going back to.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely adore this gym, by far the best in the Nottingham area, myself and my husband have been to MANY gyms and I can honestly this is one of our favourites. The owners and staff could not be more welcoming even to people who only come for day sessions. Awesome huge range of equipment you really can train every body part to its full potential. Spacious, clean and a large range of supplements, hot meals etc. on offer. And not to mention unbelievably well priced for what you get! The ultimate place, wish I could give it more than just 5 stars

Fantastic experience: My favourite Gym in Nottingham. Excellent equiptment, great staff. Down to earth people. No nonsense. No posers either everyones just interested in serious workouts which I love. Ultimate PT is also great. Love the App and programmes provided monthly.

Fantastic experience: I`ve not been well,since the separation from my wife,back in 2013.i`ve spent the last 7+ years as a recluse.Only venturing out at night to go food shopping.Due to my poor mental health,i have found it very difficult to mix with people. After a recommendation from my doctor to push myself,get physically active,which,in turn may health with my mental health.I went to have a look. First impressions.Friendly atmosphere.I was shown,all of the equipment,how the equipment works,and introduced to many of the friendly staff. Anyway,long story short,i`m joining them next week.I will give it a go.

Fantastic experience: Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Equipment is great and the whole place is clean and well maintained.

Negative experience: Dates equipment, machines are very worn and don't feel safe to use, gets very crowded and music is so loud it becomes overbearing, won't be visiting again

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I have been to, the gym has a classic look with the necessary equipment for training, for instance, I was surprised to see a hack squat machine, you name and they got it. It is not crowded and need not worry about wasting time and wait in a queue to use the equipment. Last but not least people at the counter are very friendly and easy-going. I am giving it a 5 *.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym around. None of the others even come close. The range of equipment is immense and always well maintained. The gym is always clean and tidy and all members clean down equipment after use. Friendly environment for working out for people of all abilities. Best of all, the staff are great!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Lovely staff, real nice family feel to it. Has all of the equipment you could want and memberships are a reasonable price. Been coming here since September 2020 and will miss it when I move house soon. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Just joined the gym this week. I was pretty nervous as the equipment looks scary and many male members are in very good shape. I had health problems, but feel I am now ready to do something to improve my wellbeing. Joe made me feel at ease and the induction with Danni went well. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the split equipment upstairs for weights and cardio is a good mix. I spend on average 1hr, which the time just flies! I am enjoying the experience so far and would encourage anyone who may be nervous like me to at least give it a try - afterall, you have nothing to lose :)

Positive experience: A reasonable selection of equipment, which is in acceptable condition. They have a few classes each day and allow personal training. The staff are really polite and helpful. Price is the best feature and represent good value.

Fantastic experience: Just joined this gym after a terrible experience at a puregym. My motivation is back! Excellent equipment and plenty of it! The staff are friendly and happy to help. New additions in the pipeline sound really good. Perfect gym if you enjoy lifting decent weights! Also cardio machines available.

Fantastic experience: my son is seeing a personal trainer here .for army training. the gym and trainers are exceptional .dont like to give 5 stars out .but this gym deserves 5.just been back to start using the gym for myself.staff are great help .thay are starting spinning classes soon great stuff
