Fantastic experience: Amazing BJJ gym. Coach Dave keeps a clean and friendly environment to train in. All levels feel welcome and the training is to the best standard.

Fantastic experience: The Checkmat BJJ gym is fantastic. The people are friendly and accommodating. The instructor Dave is very helpful and makes sure everybody understands the techniques. He helped me face my fears and greatly improved my confidence and skill in self-defence. I would recommend Checkmat Orpington to any beginners like myself who want to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Fantastic experience: Unreal gym, have been a few times and everyone is great. Tried checkmat upstairs and wasn’t disappointed. Great coach, very welcoming, old school gym. Will be returning and think you should try it too

Fantastic experience: I love this gym I have been here for 7 months now for k1 training. The amount of support I receive from Andy and his wife is unreal and amazing. Since from the start he has been motivating me and showed me so much support which me push further and further. The facilities are really good providing everything I need. People around here are also very respectful and the atmosphere is really good. If you haven’t joined the gym then you must come here trust me you will be satisfied.
