Fantastic experience: The gym is not owned by a franchise or a national company, it is owned by an individual who is extremely dedicated to his clients. The owner knows everyone by their first name and is always ready to offer advice when asked. This friendly approach continues throughout the membership making the gym an extremely pleasant environment to work out in. Besides fitness classes, strength and fitness competitions are also organised by the owner for those who wish to take part in points based competitions. It's a great place to be.
