Fantastic experience: I joined yesterday, just for a month as I’m home visiting family and live overseas. The gym is well equipped and has a few specific machines that other gyms lack. The atmosphere is great, the staff and me beers are all friendly and eager to help. I don’t need to take my headphones to train as the music is fitting if a gym not a nightclub. I’ve 100% found my gym away from gym

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with a ton of decent quality equipment. I've moved around the country and used dozens of gyms, yet there's kit in here I've never seen before. There's enough to go around that even if its busy, there's always something to use that'll hit the part you want. Always clean and staff always helpful.

Positive experience: Clean tidy gym has most of the gym equipment that's required. For me, I wish there was a punch bag area.

Positive experience: Pros: - Wonderful staff and members. - High quality equipment (Precor, Panatta, Hammer Strength). - Bodybuilding focused. - Loads of plates. Cons: - Expensive. - Limited opening hours (especially on weekends). - Water is not provided free of charge (you have to buy it). - Most of the weight stacks are improperly labelled, making it very difficult to track how heavy you lifted to then apply progressive overload. - Limited parking. - Cramped. - Poor ventilation.

Fantastic experience: This is a great little gym with plenty of machines and free weights for you to use. The staff are friendly and will help you with any questions you have about how to use any of the equipment in the gym or the best way to go about achieving your targets. The gym caters for every one regardless of your fitness level or physique you are made welcome here. There are some professional body builders who use this gym that are also more than happy to share what they know with you and advise you on the best way to train and they are well worth listening to if you want to get the most from your training sessions. I am on my second week here and look forward to every session. If you like the idea of working out here, just turn up, pay £5 and have a go. BRILLIANT GYM AND GOOD ATMOSPHERE
