Not only is it a great opportunity to get in some exercise, but more importantly it has an amazing community of people from all walks of life, shapes and sizes. I continue to make life long friends from this community and it is a warm and welcoming environment for anyone who might wish to get started on their wellbeing or exercise journey. Fantastic experience: I visited the new VIBE DEN very recently and absolutely loved it. It has a friendly and fun atmosphere and the instructors are all very welcoming. The timetable is packed with a variety of amazing classes...once you've tried them all you'll be addicted!!! Great music, great vibes and beautiful ladies who run it! Just wished I lived closer!!!

Fantastic experience: Vibe Den is just great. An inclusive fitness venue that is just so much fun. Run by two beautiful people that will make you feel incredibly welcome. They both helped start my fitness career. You will have so much fun joining the Vibe Concepts gang.

Fantastic experience: I love this place, it is the most friendly and fun location to enjoy exercise classes. Vibe concepts are the best feel good exercise with like minded people. I would highly recommend trying this out if you want a friendly relaxed atmosphere with good music and the most amazing feeling after a class!

Fantastic experience: What can I say about this little gem! Vibe Den has amazing classes to suit everyone's abilities, you come away feeling amazing! Very friendly staff and great that you can PAYG on classes or a no contract monthly membership. They also offer sports massages which are fantastic!! You won't be disappointed at Vibe Den!

Fantastic experience: I can't wait to go to the Vibe Den's new location in Denbigh. I've been going to their Vibe Cycle classes at the Rugby Club since last October and they are absolutely amazing. You get a really good workout without realising how hard you are working because the music and atmosphere is brilliant. Dim those lights, get the sound system on and disco lights flashing and you are away. Absolutely brilliant.
